Takes a hour for a sandwich, I tried to talk to someone and no one knows why it takes so long? The app said 20 minutes I ended up finally cancelling my order after waiting an hour and a half for a sandwich 😂

Ordered online, arrived 10-15 mins early, they did not have my (online) order, couldn't find it, was not in their system at all. They told me I must have ordered at a different location. An employee used some device and the order finally showed up in their system. Maybe something to refresh the orders. Ended up waiting 30 mins longer than the scheduled pick up time. This cut into people's (teaches) scheduled lunch break. Wings are ok, nothing special. Service could be better.

I get it, I came at 12:23 to get food, but when I called was told food would be ready at 12:30… my bf gets out of work at 12:45 so I was trying to have the food picked up when he got out…. when I walked in I paid for the food and they gave me the cups to get the drinks, grabbed my drinks and sat down, 12:25ish still no order but two bags had been placed on the shelf ignored, no one was called out… 12:35 still haven’t been called for my food so 12:40 I walk up to the counter and ask one of the girls, if my order was close to being done, she turned and gave me one of the bags that was sitting there… when I asked her how long it was there she just shrugged and said to be honest I don’t know… my receipt says Raelynne checked me out idk if that’s actually who did but the entire time the girl who checked me out was rude and had an attitude, even after other people would call and she’d hang up she would talk horribly about customers “they’re annoying” this is your job… I used to work at a Wingstop, letting other customers hear how you are after you hang up the phone isn’t a good look for the company… bc idk hw long my food was sitting there by the time I got it and got home it was cold… I only live 8 min away so it shouldn’t have been that cold… have you ever had cold or reheated Wingstop, yeah not good, I’ll speak to the manager in the morning…
