I waited so long for a single order of fries. Everyone was too busy talking in the back while a few others were preclosing the front. I went in at 11 and it's 11:34pm. I am upset because my wings and cajun corn are now gonna be cold by the time I get home ( I had placed my order through the app ahead of time to prevent the wait). The fact that 2 orders came out after mine is kinda wack, when their orders also had fries? I honestly think they forgot because I had to ask the manager how much longer for fries.

Order was delivered with fries at the bottom of the bag and very cold. Container of wings open and ranch dressing over EVERYTHING in the bag. Called and spoke with management. Was told they would resend the order correctly. 2 hrs later and still no delivery. Call back and management said they were so busy they forgot. $39 waisted, and no attempt to rectify the matter

Order ahead guys unless u intend on eating inside. Takes around 15-25mins for a dine in order. 25 mins when it's Friday sat Sunday. Because that's when Americans celebrate the end of a week. Don't be afraid to ask on a time check for the order. The chicken takes 12 mins and extra time of you want it well done. So keep that time in mind when you order.

Why do they give unrealistic time frames? My order said 16-21 minutes and I was there for more than 20 minutes additional to my waiting time. This is ridiculous if they cant keep up. Either their processing system is incorrect online, or they need better time management. If you are thinking of ordering ahead, make sure you do it 40 minutes before going and picking it up because they'll tell you 15-20 minutes and you'll be waiting there with other pissed off customers and they're just laughing about the situation instead of bettering their systems.

Used to be my favorite and the best Wingstop. That until the new management, now they're slow and rude, they make a lot of mistakes and instead of apologize the manager gave me this attitude. On a different time I tried to pay with a 100 bill and she didn't accept it, most of the time I pay the same way and never had a problem, I guess they don't want to make business. I hope they do something about it soon.
I have never seen such rude people in my life. Ignore you. Ask you to help you and then forget about you. I understand you’re busy but gosh how many more employees do I need? Girls roll their eyes at you if you keep asking after 30 min of waiting this is what I got! Horrible I have gone to wing stop but this is horrible barely see the seasonings and the other has none! I’m rolling my eyes back at you all the money we spend her just for two people and we this!

Place my order by phone gave them 30 minutes with only 40 rings to cook they told me 20 minutes came by to pick up 35 minutes wings were never put an order so won't stop here againwaited 1 hour
