I place a pick up order at least twice at this Wing stop and I loved the food but I called was on hold for 6mins than called again and the guy just said can I place you on hold..I was trying to say I was already on hold for 6mins then I waited again another 7mins. And no one picked up. Poor customer service l. I’m a manager at restaurant and I was just astound at the customer service it was terrible. And I never called back. I guess next time I’ll just go in..smh

Terrible Customer Service I was speaking to a female manager at this location to get my refund because a DoorDash driver took off with my order for the 2nd time this week and the lady hung up in my face while I was talking although I was respectful during the entire conversation that’s just unacceptable I get everyone has bad days I would just hate to think this is the new standard for Wingstops customer service hopefully not !

Jessica is great. I went for an early lunch and thought whoever was there might be perturbed but this was not the case. She happily took my order AND made my take out order for 3 people. This wingspot is lucky to have an employee like her.

Place always forgets fries or messes something up.Also didnt call my name for my order for an hour. Kept me waiting here for an hour after i placed and online order. Girl took my payment then i wait a hour and no one calls my name as my order has been ready getting cold. While they stare at me confused like she isnt the person that charged my card.

Ordered late last Friday (40 mins to close) and great service but the order just didn't really hit the par. Fries were excellent and the bone-in wings hit the spot. After reaching out about the rest of the order the Cashier Anthony and Manger Kaitlin invited us back to enjoy a replacement order. Today Kaitlin listened again to what could have been better. ***Honestly she took my order today as though she was asking Santa for his wishlist**

Picked up an order at 8pm on a Friday. Boneless wings were great. Fries weren't as hot and crispy as I usually get (from other WS) and seemed a bit smaller than usual for the large size. Snagged some of the tenders on a whim and don't think I'd do it again. They were almost too crispy and they kind of fried down too much. Some bites were all crunch. One tender was all fried down to crunchy.
