Such a disappointment for superbowl. Ordered wings DAYS in advance for a 5pm pickup and didn’t leave with our order until 6:50pm. That’s after a manager informed us they were running “20-30 minutes behind” when we arrived. It’s one thing to be late, another to blatantly lie to folks, and even worse to do both.

This place is poorly ran. We placed an online order 2 weeks ago for a 4:30 pickup. Arrived at 4:45 and was told they were running 30 mins behind. Waited another 45 mins still no wings and was told it might be another 30 mins but couldn’t promise. This place is pathetic.

What is the point of preordering when the food is not going to be ready for the selected time? I get they are busy but adding almost an hour to my selected pickup time is ridiculous. They really need to get it together!

read the reviews , my wings came with barely any sauce at all and i order louisiana voodoo fries and they put all the cajun seasoning in a blob in the middle . would recommend the dezavala location . my wings came perfectly sauced and super spicy . 10/10 would recommend the dezavala location . people who work at this location put no pride in their food
I eat Wingstop like 3 Times out the week and everytime I order from you guys the wings are so dry no meat no flavor and when I ask for light seasoning why do you like make it extra seasoning :,( really disappointed in wingstop from you guys

I went there for the first time for take out. I got 10 very expensive wing flappers, Mild buffalo and Korean bbq. They had very little flavor or sauce and the skin looked and tasted like it was boiled instead of grilled. I say grilled even though I ask for fried but they were not fried at all like I asked for . Just plain nasty! A waist of $18! The crisp skin is was makes chicken so good, not pale soft boiled skin!

Worst experience ever. I waited nearly 2 hours for a small order. Just don't tell people it's 15 minutes then 30 minutes then another 15 minutes, it's a waste of other people time. The worst part is they literally SKIPPED my order. My order was IN THE SYSTEM, but they made other people's orders who came in after me.

Can’t speak on the atmosphere as we didn’t dine-in here. Ordered online, this is now the 3rd occurrence, first review. We get to the store, order not ready. Manager refuses to refund the order forcing my Wife to wait over an hour.

This place needs help. It is absolutely ridiculous that there are only 3-4 people working the kitchen putting orders together for a Football weekend. I placed my order online and was told it would be ready in 45-50 minutes. I show up to pickup my food on time and get greeted by a rude front desk employee who proceeds to tell me it will be an additional 15 minutes. Now, I’m still sitting here 25 minutes later without my food… meanwhile there are people continuing to walk in and are turned away at the door because of how long the wait is.
This is ridiculous. Either staff the location properly, or move to a less populated area.
