Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

Im not sure WHY if I ordered 2 seperate orders, why its put into ONE container. Why 3 meals are crammed into 2 different to go containers. I've NEVER experienced this before. 🫣🤣

Ordered 30 wings with special instructions cook well done 3 different flavors. All of the wings were as white as they are when raw. Barely had any sauce couldn't tell what flavor was what. $55 wasted. I do not recommend and I should be refunded.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different location. Ordered a 5pc tender meal that took an hour and had a HAIR in my ranch.

I placed my order at 6pm given that it was football game night.
Thinking at a hour most it will take for my order to be ready. Received confirmation by order would be ready in 32 mins. After calling at 7 to get a ETA they said they don’t know when my order would be ready maybe another 2 hours and it hadn’t even been started yet. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they will issue the refund it would take 7-10 day for me to get my money. After a 15 min I realize I never got an email confirmation my order had been cancelled. I called back asked to speak to a manager to ensure my order did in fact cancel and a refund was issued. Manager never came to the phone after hanging up and calling back 7 different time and 2 hours later still no one came to the line. I then get a text from the delivery driver said my order was taking long they had been there since 6:37 and it’s 8:15.
I call back again and finally a manager came on the line. I find out a refund was never issued but they did cancel my order.
This is completely unacceptable. I understand it gets busy it’s football game night but it take 2-3 min max to take a call and ensure a refund was issued. Never again!

Order pickup time was for 4:30pm. Waited a half hour in the store with orders that arrived after mine being called out still. No compensation, barely a sorry. Worst customer service. Why bother putting an order in for a specific time if they don't even start making it until after you're in the store?

Stopped by for a bite. The young man who took my order was exceptionally courteous and kind. I believe his name was Joe. The wait did take some time for a carry out order so come prepared to wait a bit (3:02-3:22). However, a warm greeting can greatly enhance the overall experience.

Order was not correct. Not a surprise as it never is here. This time they left an entire order of wings out and combined two order of different flavors in one container. Okay, since they didn’t season them I guess it doesn’t matter. But rest assured instead of hot flavoring you will get some hair. Never again at this restaurant.
