I have yet to hear back from anyone..
I know they are busy fielding other concerns but why ask if it’s not going to happen. Maybe they are waiting to see if you have had time to calm down before they call you back. I don’t know..
I returned to the Wingstop for my refund. I was told that it would be a 3 to 5 business days for my to receive my refund. I then told him “not only did I order my order 3 days in advance and didn’t get my order but now I have to wait another 3 to 5 business days.” I’m sorry but that wasn’t going to happen. I refused and insisted on receiving my refund immediately. The store manager said no. I requested to speak to an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Franchise Owner. I was not leaving without my refund. As a last effort the store manager offered to remake my order. Why would I want a large order of wings when I don’t have the guests to eat them????? Really why would someone think that was an option? My response was “NO”. After going back and forth for another 5 to 6 minutes the store manager knew I was going to leave without my refund. Then miraculously he was able to give me my refund.
My problem is still that their order ahead on-line system is garbage!!!! This is ridiculous!!!
Why do they have an order ahead feature??? Order my wings on Wednesday to avoid any problems or issues for Super Bowl Sunday… paid and received a confirmation for a pickup at 430 pm. Arrive early and was told that my order in the queue was 89 and that was going to a minimum of an hour to receive my preorder. Folks that place an order an hour ago were getting their orders before ours. How does that happen. Instead of missing the game I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They then told me to come back tomorrow to receive my refund because they were too busy to do that. ARE YOU FREAKING kidding me????
Take down your internet ordering system if you can’t prioritize those orders. Ended up eating dips and chips

Disgusted by the practices of this location. I attempted to call this location directly to notify them that they forgot the corn I ordered and paid extra for. The call would ring different amount of seconds to minutes then would hang up. Appeared that the staff and management did not want to accept orders or hear any concerns. This is the third time from this location that I have gotten the wrong order or missing items. It appears that further training is needed for attentiveness to orders and phone system and practices needs improvement.

Had an order, all boneless, they gave me all
Classic and missed my two
Drinks. I called, was patient because Super Bowl, told me they could have it remande by 7pm. Called, said they could have it remade by 8pm. Called at 8pm, said they could have it remade in 40mins. Each time I called they said they needed me to repeat my order so they could reprint. Told the lady I wanted a refund she said okay and hung up.
Called the next when they opened, asked if they could remake it for that day by 2pm. Gave them my whole order again, called before 2, asked me what was my order so they could remake it, all while
Laughing in the background. Asked for a refund, guess they gave the phone to a manager but said he could remake it now. I’m done wasting my time with this particular wingstop, asked for my refund. Will be contacting headquarters

What an absolute disaster of an operation yall are running. Its super bowl sunday and it looks like yall didnt prepare or know there would be a rush. Now being told we won't get our order until after the game ends. Insane.

I ordered on door dash but called the store because DoorDash buttons sometimes limit things…how ever the lady Tiffany, who I spoke to over the phone, was very respectful and understanding on my questions to fix one thing! Definitely had amazing customer service!! And the food is goodddddd thank you !✨🤩

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day
We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!
Doing a delivery and they claimed they gave it to someone else then told me to leave, I told them to remake it. It's not my fault they gave it to the wrong person. This is my job and now I have to wait an extra 30 min I could have been making money on orders. This is a mess. Now I look at fault as a delivery driver. No sorry either. If you mess up own it. Don't try and say oh well

Despite being busy, they were all on track to get our orders out as fast as possible. Especially Alyssa! She's probably one of the best workers there! And the food came out just right, definitely coming back here again! Obviously this is all in context of your average wing stop. Even so, worth grabbing a bite from here.

Food was fresh and tasty. The lemon pepper chicken strips were great. The bartender Jessica was super sweet, attentive And knowledgeable about their drink selections!!
