DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!
used the app to order. payed with Venmo. Never got my order. doordash called and said my order should be here. it was not. Door dash who I don't have an account with canceled the order. told me to call wingstop. I called them and they told me to call door dash. Now I can't get money from Wingstop, doordash or Venmo.
wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
I’ve been going to this Wingstop since it opened. I’m salty that a year later it gets busy. I hate waiting in line.
That being said I stand in line and it takes about 2 minutes to get my order till I can GTFO.
Don’t teach your kids what that means.
These guys are bad ass, I always get my mango habañero wings crispy and flavorful, and they’re quick and efficient.

I ordered by phone….spoke to 2 Wingstop reps to confirm order…they indicated order will be ready 18mins..arrived to pick up.rep stated no such order taken ;probably other Wingstop location. SMH Other location said they messed up …not the best customer service…
weve had perfect take-out experiences with this location a lot more often than not. always check your food before leaving, on the rare times something gets mixed up or forgotten, theyll fix asap so you can be on your way. on the even more rare times we didnt catch it, its never been to the point where it ruins our meal. we just call the location to raise the issue, they’re always polite and offer a remake.
it’s really not that deep. i dont know if the other people leaving negative reviews ever called or spoke with the staff about their issues but it really seems that many just took to leaving a 1-star on here. yes, it’s a fast food place but they have a sit down restaurant’s customer service.
also, it may not be the true policy but we’ll do the survey while we wait for our order and they’re nice enough to give us that free fry on the spot. its great because we used to always lose the code/receipt by the time we came back at other locations.

Wings were dry with no flavor (Louisiana rub and hot honey run). Fries were like in pieces, almost burned and seemed to be what they had left. Very disappointing this time.

I ordered Wingstop through DoorDash, and I was very disappointed… not only because my wings were so fried and overdone one was literally just a bone, and the other three were hard as rocks… but most disappointing is that DoorDash does not have a policy in place to have you be able to order a replacement meal and have it delivered. They did offer a refund but refund doesn’t help when you’re hungry and have to go without dinner because the dinner you were delivered was not edible!

Very little room for improvement when you see the team working together despite the unrealistic expectations one can have who works hard for a living. As such are two young people that were polite and attentive. One displayed a light pink longer hair and another great person who would announced the customer’s order with such confidence. Fries were HOT and wings were on Spot. On point temperature. Thank you wings stop at Potranco! I ordered a 24pck all flats* and all carrots (wells done*) and they delivered in a big way.

This is my 3rd time going to this particular wingstop after ordering from the app. Each time I've had to wait anywhere between 20-49 mins after the time I've told my order would be done. This is ridiculous! Fire everyone or hire better employees. No one wants to wait for something they paid for while watching workers nonchalantly stand around and or have very unprofessional attitudes when question why it's taking so long. Something needs to be done about this

Sorry $49 dollars of cold food. I thought I ordered bone in wings on the mix and match combo but I received all boneless, maybe my fault but the the nasty cold frys and boneless wings is totally on them. A lot of money for frys and chicken that has been sitting around for quit awhile. Not impressed.

Wings Stop never disappoints. delicious wings and fries.
I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.
Not sure what is happening at this location but I suggest you try another one.
