The people are nice.. the food is mid but oh my god it’s so hot in these and the flies are disgusting… these poor workers who have to work in an 80-85 degree area when it’s 100 degrees outside, shame on you wingstop for allowing this… absolutely ridiculous especially with summer coming up… address this asap, you guys should be reported if it continues.Very icky, mucky and sticky… do not sit and eat you’ll sweat and be swarmed by flies.

I ordered wings for pick up. Got home and my wings were dried out. Definitely not to my husband standards. Spoke with George about my food and without hesitation he replaced the whole order. He was so nice. I’m sure my wings were probably the bottom of the batch before they made new ones. Honest mistake and nobody to blame. I will definitely be coming back because of the excellent customer service! Thank you George once again- Jenevieve

This is a review of their food and not the actual setting or physical structure as I hady food delivered to my home. With that out of the way, let me just come right out and say it. The food was horrendous. We paid $50 for two orders of wings and two orders of fries. We chose the plain and the Louisiana Rub. The plain wings were edible, but the Louisiana Rub was not. They were over the top salty with salt being the only flavor you could taste. Absolutely disgusting. The fries were also horrible. They tasted as if they had been laying out for a couple of days. We were so disappointed. We were looking forward to eating some chicken wings and instead we got these. I was honestly shocked when I tried to give these wings to my dog and even he would not eat them. I had to throw them away. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will NEVER get food from a Wingstop again.

Normally we have a good experience. This evening went differently. 1/2 of our was missing when my husband unbagged everything at home. He went back up there to get the rest of our food. He asked if he could any compensation for the trouble of driving back up there. The manager Aaron told him no because he got the rest of the order. Not even a ranch dressing he was told no that he had to pay for it. Aaron said they were in business of making money not giving it away.I work customer service and this was the worst service one could ever receive. Too bad we really like our wings but we won’t be coming back.

Quick stop for the evening after a school event and was not impressed. My kids order sandwiches and they out pickles on the one that asked for no pickles. The gentleman taking the order had zero care about being there and never even asked if he could take our order, he just stared and waited. Awkward to say the least. The wings weee pretty sub par, the rub on the Louisiana rub was caked on so thick that we had to remove some of it to keep from getting a mouthful of just rub. The other flavors we ordered were not that flavorful either and we didn’t even finish what we had. Will be finding a different place from now on for sure.

VERY disappointed. I usually go to the other location but since this one was closer we decided to order online. I’ve never have had a bad experience with wing stop until this location. First time we tried this location the staff was rude but we thought they had an off day. So when we ordered online and picked up the today the girl helping us was be the rude. Acted like she didn’t want to be there and if we inconvenienced her. When we got home they messed up on our order. So when I called she was the one to answer and was not helpful at all. So upset after the phone call.I’ll be sticking to the Potranco and 1604 location instead.

Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and they said they gave it to someone else. So then we had to wait an hour for them to remake the food, they didn’t even get the order right, yet alone give us the completed order. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I spent $40 for what? 2 fry orders and 16 wings?????
