DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

Door dash who I don't have an account with canceled the order. told me to call wingstop. I called them and they told me to call door dash. Now I can't get money from Wingstop, doordash or Venmo.

I’ve been to several Wingstop locations, but this one is by far the cleanest I’ve visited! I was pleasantly surprised, especially considering the location’s past history when it housed a Little Caesars. The atmosphere was fantastic, and Michael, the manager, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service, making sure our experience was top-notch from start to finish. The playlist was so good we even had to ask what radio station it was on!

I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.

Incredible, accurate service. The young lady at the counter read my order out to me and was very friendly! The food was amazing and made just the way I like it. Wingstop is consistent. The drink service area was a little dirty for being such a new place.
Food is left with puddles of GREASE ! They SUCK ! the “assistant manager “ asked me not to bring my services to this location anymore because “they can never get my order right” . Seriously ! She said this . And i will take my money elsewhere btw ? , I order here literally weekly because my family loves wingstop . They always get my order wrong or soaked in grease (and i sometimes give them a break !!!!) . So i call in for a correction on my order (if needed) and they make me come bring the food in to prove they made a mistake , ( ive done this about 3x) . Im not sure if the owner knows about this so manager telling good paying regulars to take there money else where due to there mistakes ???
