DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

used the app to order. payed with Venmo. Never got my order. doordash called and said my order should be here. it was not. Door dash who I don't have an account with canceled the order. told me to call wingstop. I called them and they told me to call door dash. Now I can't get money from Wingstop, doordash or Venmo.

wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

Waited over an hour for my order that I placed AHEAD OF TIME on the app. Very frustrating to have to wait an excessive amount of time. I understand you get behind but for multiple of the staff to just be standing around and leaning while the kitchen in backed up by that many orders is completely unprofessional and should be unacceptable. I watched one man just stand and lean against the fridge the whole time that I waited. He not once left his spot. I am just flabbergasted.

I was really excited about there being a WingStop closer to us. I will admit that I was a little hesitant on ordering because of the reviews, but I am glad that I did. The young lady that took my order was very nice and understanding of my request. everything was fresh, and we didn't walk away feeling like we wasted our money. The crew that worked on 11/2 nights was amazing.

Service has gone downhill since they opened. There are a bunch of kids working and doesn’t seem like any of them care enough about the customers that are probably on their way to and from work. My fries were decent but the order was wrong and the customer service sucked. I’ll be taking a long break before I return. Hopefully it’s a whole new crew and experience.

Very unorganized, we ordered on the app and waited over 75 minutes and when we got the food the fries were cold. Very disappointed in the service and food.

Usually have problems with this location taking long. However, this time I ordered and allowed the full time. My sandwich waited on the counter for 20 minutes due to no fries made. Fries finally came out and they give my order to someone else without verifying the name or order. So I waited another 30 minutes bc guess what…they ran out of fries again. And my sandwich is back on the counter getting cold. My quick pick up turned into me waiting an hour ? just terrible.

I did a pick up for 7:45 tonight (10/15). It must have been a off night because i placed a order for 8 hot honey rub wings. I dont know what i received. They looked plain but over seasoned and the smell was aweful, they literally smell like rotten meat over seasoned and cooked. I had to throw them away. My mom told me to take them back to get a refund but thats super inconvenient right now. To say im disappointed is a understatement. I normally pick up but never this late.

Placed an online order and when we got home these were the fries we were given. Al the little bits and ends like they were from the bottom of the basket. I usually check my order b4 I leave bit sent my hubby to pick up and he just picked up and left. Our wings were cold also.... not happy. When you spend so much $on food nowadays and you end up feeling like you waisted your money?

Me and my fiancé ordered for take out one night and the young lady at the front was really helpful and nice, but the guys in the back were horsing around making jokes and laughing while there was customers ordering and waiting for their food. The food was terrible. I've never really had a bad experience or rarely ever make reviews but this wingstop is just terrible the fries were cold and the wings were burnt and even cut my 2 year olds mouth just from the breading. I'm sorry I will never order from here again.

Ordered online at 8:56. Currently 9:43 and still no food!!! Worst wingstop in San Antonio. Get it together management! This is ridiculous and not the first time this happens with an online order. The first time, we sat waiting for our order for about 20 minutes and our bag had been sitting there for who knows how long! After they claimed the bag was just placed there, we had to ask them to remake those fries. If you’re trying to get wingstop, go elsewhere, these workers don’t care!
