Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page.
I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

Can't give zero stars but if we could, this location would absolutely have earned it. Be sure to place your order the NIGHT before and maybe just maybe it will be ready in time. Employees are clueless and the whole ordering and pickup process is a MESS! You will be told your order is ready in 15mins only to wait around 45 minutes to an hr for low quality food. Seek out another location or learn to make some wings at home.

Two orders messed up and then delayed to be fixed due to employees playing around in the kitchen instead of actually working. There is no direction or management at this location, simply 8 employees doing 3 people’s jobs and still getting it wrong

Ordered delivery. First order was canceled a couple minutes after it was scheduled to be delivered. Placed a second order of mixed bone-in and boneless and only received boneless wings. Super waste of money for all boneless wings that are kids will only eat some of. They also don’t answer their phone.

Sucks this is the only location close by gotta get thru traffic to get to 1604/location 😒 …The manager Ashley talks with her employees about customers behind their back. Cashier with alot of tattoos needs to work on her face attitude. They forgot an item on my one simple order and there are two to three people checking and bagging orders so i had to go back 😒
