Ordered the 15 piece of chicken wings to go along with fries and a drink. It is quite pricey for the meal, but I had a craving for wings. Place was a little busy and moderately noisy, but tolerable. Food was good. Service was excellent. Place was maintained well inside and out. You didn't see trash on the floors and outside on the ground.
Terrible service — don’t go! I do not recommend Wingstop at all. The service here is absolutely awful. There’s an older lady who treats customers terribly — she’s always yelling across the restaurant and makes the whole experience super unpleasant. It’s such a shame because the food itself is actually good, but the horrible service completely ruins it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Sunday nights in our house are meant for football, food, and relaxation. This past weekend, Wingstop managed to derail all three.
I placed a straightforward online order. Six boneless with cheese fries, six classic with regular fries, and two large sweet teas. The receipt confirmed everything was correct, and the printed ticket matched as well. Yet when I got home, not a single item was right.
When I called, the manager insisted it was a computer error. I explained that both the online receipt and the in-store ticket reflected my order correctly, which means the mistake was in how the food was bagged. She dismissed this entirely and refused a refund, even after I offered to return the food.
By the time the exchange ended, the store was closing, leaving us without food and without resolution.
What should have been a simple and enjoyable evening turned into pure frustration. Unfortunately, this experience has completely soured us on Wingstop.

Seems like price keeps going up and quality goes down, just got their “new frozen fries”. They got rid of theirs fresh cut fries for frozen. Lost one customer.
Haven’t been back since the first time they messed up my order. Went back today to try them again, again they gave me the incorrect sauce on one of my orders. The fries were mushy and cooked and still had a lot of grease with no seasoning and no flavor. Manager has no experience with customer service. Made me feel like I was the one in the wrong.
