I absolutely love this location. They have such great staff with amazing hospitality, especially the manager. I think her name is Dora. She is super nice if only all restaurants on the south side were as good as this one. I'll definitely be back.

It used to be good, it seems to me the staff don't care about making good food these boneless mango habanero wings are so burnt I ask for a new order and it came out the same wasted time owner need to make a change (ASAP)

Raul took my order on the phone and had amazing customer service on the phone. Along with Raul, Dora and the other staff were awesome and lively. Place was clean and my new favorite wingstop location. Super awesome staff.

Nery was a great help today !! He was patient & gave me time need more workers like him GREAT job to him he need a
Extremely slow. The kitchen staff look at the orders like they have no clue what it says. I ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes.I made the mistake of returning to this location (I like wings, what can I say ?♂️). My order took 20 minutes and the wings were way overcooked. They were hard and crunchy all the way to the bone. It was like eating a chicken flavored pork rind. Definitely not going back a third time, no thank you.

Someone one here by the name: M F posted a pic of a girl employee that hangs up the phone. EVERYTIME I try to phone order it’s always disconnected or if they do answer they very quickly say hello welcome to Wingstop’s can you …. And she hangs up mid sentence. Then when I go to the restaurant cause I can’t get no answer she’s ALWAYS there. That girl needs to go. Cause even when you try to order in store she hold up the line to check her personally phone.
