I ordered a DoorDash meal around 12:30pm the DoorDash person stole the order when I called them to let them know about my $50 dollar order all they said was that I would have to repay for my order even when I talked to DoorDash and they said they’d deliver it it’s 3:22pm now and I still didn’t receive my food this is ridiculous I’ll never order from this place again. The manager name is Myra and she was coming up with everything but a solution for me to get my food placed. This all was very unprofessional and it’s ridiculous DoorDash kept trying to to help me out with the situation but last minute when doordash sent the 7th DoorDasher they said the online order thing was down I waited about a hr after I first made the review I call a friend of mine to call that same store to ask them if there online DoorDash thing was working and they said it’s been working all day with no issues so they basically lied to not only my face but DoorDash face because they just didn’t want to make my order.

Once was a warning, twice was a lesson and anything more than that is simply taking advantage of a person and their kindness. The team is a reflection of their management and unfortunately this store and their staff still have some developing to do. Getting orders right and providing exceptional customer service should be their top priority but it is not and it shows with all the CONSTANT bad reviews. The little things matter!

Food is always bomb, but their service is strange. Everyone is always confused and asks irrelevant questions about my orders all the time. The seating is also bad in this Texas heat, 90% of it is outside where a bunch of panhandlers hang out.

Waited 15 minutes for cold chicken. The chicken felt like it literally had just come out of the refrigerator. I called back to speak with a manager but he/she were in an interview. Hopefully they hire new people who want to actually work instead of standing around talking.
