Employees will leave you ON HOLD FOR 14-20 min I hanged up and called Again and Cashier was very Unprofessional… Very Rude… The Manager Chris was very unprofessional and kept trying to justify the Fact that She was cleaning the restrooms and was the reason I WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 min… At this Point they are choosing to clean the bathrooms than take customer orders… It’s Tuesday 3/19/24 at 10:50 I know for a fact they are not Busy.. I will have everyone in the party leave a review on this location and On The Manager Chris who made the situation Worse.. Wing Stop man ..this is why people prefer Pluckers and Wing Daddy’s Now I see why :/

I’m literally sitting on the bench waiting for an order and a cook is flipping chicken in the basket while vaping and blowing smoke of what smells like cannabis right in front of all the cameras and customers…. Who’s running this place? And whoever it is needs to change careers and cooking staff…. Just look at the cameras and see for yourself….

They have a bunch of little kids working there! Waited a whole hour for our food then the cashier wanted to have an attitude after asking nicely what was taking so long! Wings sucked so bad barley had any sauce on them! While we were waiting the little kids "employees" kept messing around with each other and kept going outside to one of the little kids "employee's" car to do who knows what! Never again will I return to this place!

They couldn't get my order right this one was done on purpose I repeated my oder × 2. Went in one ear and came out the other I ordered Louisiana hot wings they gave me lemon pepper big difference. Only one thing the job requires is for them to get it right and this one they fail to do.

Very unprofessional and did not know what was going on with orders, called them to tell them they gave me half my order then when I went for other missing part of the order they stilled haven't even started the order i was missing, very unpleasant visit unfortunately.
Called to place an orde, the girl on the phone is rushing me and cutting me off as I'm placing my order. I asked for the wings to be cooked extra crispy every time. I get home and they are soft. I call to inform them and they ask me to take back the order so they can remake them. I make sure before I leave and they are not made extra cripsy ( still soft). So disappointed with the service.

larry is the kindest and attentive person! he goes above and beyond for his customers. examples being: calling that your order is ready before the estimated wait time. another being walking out the food. just extremely kind and thought his hard work and amazing attitude should be recognized.

October 2, 3023. Gave it 2 stars only because the ranch was good carrots and celery sticks were amazing .Spent 51.93 on a 30 piece of lousy wings atomic bomb my favorite. They were extremely dry and over cooked. I usually complain and hand deliver my food to the cook when not cooked properly.also purchased a 15 piece combo for the kids and didn't want to upset them. SoI didn't return my burned dry wings. Thanks for the free corn.
