I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering directly through the Wingstop app. I placed a $60 order for delivery, received an order confirmation with a valid order number, and the money was immediately charged to my card. After waiting over an hour, I received a message saying Wingstop canceled my order and that I needed to contact the store directly.
When I reached out, the store claimed they “never received” my order and therefore couldn’t refund me. That is blasphemy. If I have a confirmation number and the charge has already hit my account, then clearly the order existed — and someone needs to be held accountable.
Instead of helping me resolve the issue, I was left hungry, out $60, and being passed around with zero responsibility taken. As a paying customer, it should not be my job to chase down who is holding my money. I followed the proper process, placed my order through the official Wingstop app, and was left with nothing in return.
To make matters worse, I am pregnant and waited over an hour thinking I’d finally be able to eat, only to be dismissed and told there’s “nothing they can do.” Mistakes happen, but the idea that my order “never existed” despite having both proof of charge and an order number is insulting.
At the very least, I expect my $60 refunded immediately and for Wingstop to fix whatever system issues are causing customers to get charged without their orders ever being fulfilled. Until this is resolved, I won’t be ordering from Wingstop again — and I strongly urge others to be cautious when using the app.

They took forever with our food! We came in at 11 and it’s 12:15 and we were still waiting on my friends food that she ordered at the same time as me.
When my food came out it was dry, not even hot and tasted like they have been sitting out for a long time. Like come on Wingstop you can do better and could’ve done better.

They kept forgetting my name and took 45 minutes to make an order they said would be 20 minutes So order ahead

Literally hit or miss customer service. If you don’t like your job don’t work here? Simple as that. Day crew is very rude and do not know how to communicate with some decency. The only people who were nice were a girl with glasses and a tall man. Other than them, the service sucks. Also, the older woman in the evenings up front is what keeps this place open. She carries the whole service on her back since no one else knows how to talk to customers. I asked a girl who works the front during the day i assume (wearing a braid pony tail) for more sauce for my wings since i asked for them extra wet when i ordered/paid and they came bone dry. She preceded to jump to register and try and charge me $1.27? I said uhh i ordered them wet and they hardly came with sauce anyways? Why tf would i pay more because you messed up my wings?? She then told me to bring up the wings and she’d just put the sauce on top so i did. Well she added more lemon pepper as well and they just turned into salty ass wings. Terrible food and will not be visiting this location again. Wingstop on Bitters/Embassay oaks stays blowing these guys out the water when it comes to quality and great customer service.
