I have always been a big fan of the Wingstop brand and have dined at many of their locations, including this one. I met with my oldest daughter and my granddaughter yesterday mid afternoon. I ordered my favorite 8 piece boneless Cajun wings combo. When I received the order and sat down to eat at the location, my first bite was a shocker!!! The first piece was COLD!!! So I kinda figured we'll, one got by. So I tried another piece; it was cold also. I took the meal back to the front counter. At first the employee at the front seemed to doubt what ihad said. I repeated to them what the issue was and them, with hesitation she took the food back and subsequently prepared another 8 piece boneless wing combo for me. The SECOND order was cooked properly and tasty. I love Wingstop but will probably never visit this location again.

Don't order using the app. Door dash driver stole my food. Took 30 minutes to get a Manager to take my call. Replaced order and let it sit there for other hour getting cold. Had to pick up the order myself. Manager hid in the back of the store and wouldn't come up. Got home food was cold. Pissed as hell right now.

First of all, the service worker (a guy) let some lady cut in front of me even though we were both online orders! Another worker had to apologize & the guy didn’t even say anything! TRAIN YOUR WORKERS!!!!!!!!!!!! Will NEVER order from the wingstop again if they can’t even follow basic order!!

The workers were lazy, only one person was doing the job correctly. Everyone else seemed like they were under the influence of something. They got my order extremely wrong and took forever and had a very low volume of people, just too slow.

Our cashier was not properly trained. Took forever to ring up our order and was not versed on basic POS functions. I asked him to check how much a beer was and he took like 4 business days to tell me. Then he sold me the beers and didn't even open them. (They were not twist offs) train your staff W.S!
