It never fails... every single time we order from wingstop they always forget something... even if it's just 1 thing... this time my husband surprises us with wingstop and had it delivered, they forgot the large container of Ranch and an order of carrots.... you guys are NOT cheap, so forgetting things is NOT AN OPTION. ESPECIALLY IF IT IS EVERY SINGLE VISIT
Update: I took my 2 babies a bath... showered myself... they answered and hung up. Called back. Stated the issue, as well as that something is always missing. The response was the door dash isn't allowed to look at the food. And that people mess up. Understood... but EVERY TIME I ORDER ????? You mess up every order ????

We ordered the boneless wing special, and although the flavor wasnt necessarily bad, the texture just made it horrible to chew. We ordered it for two of us and neither of us could finish our wings. Fries were alright though.
I hear the actual bone wings are a lot better but it was such a let down after seeing the nice combo

I can't believe it's been 6 months since I've eaten here. The front of the house was great. The cooks, I guess, are learning. I asked for extra parm and was given extra juice. But I ate them lol they were good.

If you call in your order they won’t provide you a receipt when you pick it up.
They will not print one for you. They will refuse to give you the receipt that gets printed for the order.

One of the worst locations when it comes to customer service! The chick forgot she had already taken my wife's order and when my wife was walking back to our truck to wait for the order, the girl says have a nice night. "I'm coming back you just took my order!" My wife finally gets the order checking to make sure the double fries are there and they are but when we got home, THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT HER LEMON PEPPER WINGS! ARE YOU GUYS FREAKING SERIOUS?!

I should have known this would get screwed up by the incompetence of the young lady that answered the phone for the to-go order. My order was as simple as it gets. I asked for a dozen buffalo wings medium and she replied “how many wings do you want?” I said 12. She then asked if I wanted a dozen or 12. Yikes! Turns out that 10 was the magic number, so I ordered 10. She was clearly trying to do too many things at once because she was helping someone at the counter at the same time. Of course she rings it up as a combo, which I didnt want. When I got to the store and pointed out that it was rung up incorrectly, she proceeds to get an attitude. Unbelievable! When the order was finally ready another employee asked her if she was going to bring it out to me. Nope. She told her he can come get it himself. Im sure it’s tough to hire right now, but you have got to be able to do better than this imbecile.

The patty was severely overcooked and, therefore, tough to chew. The fries were too heavily seasoned with lemon salt - better if they had only about 1/3 of what was on there. They were so greasy they stuck together. Because of all this, I couldn't eat even half of a meal.
