I'm very disappointed and very upset. There was a black, older female cashier who was very rude. No professionalism whatsoever. I'm not one to write reviews, but she needs customer service training. If she continues to work there, please train her (management). I don't want her to push away future customers like she did with me.

Customer service for night time is horrible, the manager that is a very older lady with glasses had attitude,I did a pickup order and she didn't take the time to read my order right and handed me the wrong cup size and when I asked for the right cup size she yelled at another employee rudely like it was a burden to hand it to me.

***ROACHES on the wall***This location was once the better choice when it came to cleanliness and food quality BUT not today. As we started eating, a roach crawled on the wall nearest to our table. I took my food back to the cashier and received a refund but there was no urgency to find the roach. The table was wiped clean but she didn't bother to find the roach!
