It’s national chicken sandwich day and I receive a free sandwich code in my app. As I try to take advantage of this code and order dinner for my entire family trying to spend over $50 on dinner. My app is not working. I tried multiple debit cards. Trust me there’s money in there. I continue to get an error code so I finally give up and go inside and ask the cashier if I could order it inside because I was having such a hard time on the app, she looked very confused and I said should I ask a Manager? She called the manager over and I showed her how my app was not working very politely and I asked her if I could please just order my food inside. She stated that I could not do that and they would not honor my code and there was nothing that she could do about it. I said you would rather lose $50 from my order rather than to help me with my code to get a free sandwich?? That is crazy how she was willing to lose that money from her location over a five dollar sandwich. I will never go back to that Wing Stop again!!!

This has been the 3rd time I visit where the wings are delivered to my table in a quick questionable time In less than 5-8 minutes of ordering. The wings were cold and parts of the wing were naked missing sauces. I could have gotten up and asked for a new order but I hate wasting food and I’m hoping that ownership can see this an review ticket times to see if these orders are being sold fresh, and not sitting there losing heat to deliver to customers.
Wings were especially crispy 😋 (lemon pepper) and the others were saucy to perfection 👌
