Came in at 645 to order 30 piece wings family meal waited for 45mins. Worse customer service ever!!!! My order was sitting on rack after asking once said wasn’t done til 10 mins later young girl asked my name and got my order it was cold!!! The cashier short FAT AND with glasses needs to be trained with better service. The other girl was taking phone orders was good. The young girl was good as well!!!! Won’t be returning!!!!!

I have never received such horrible customer service on a food order that was messed up. I ordered six bone in drums and then also my other order was six flats. They gave me both orders as six flats my husband does not eat flats I take the wings back up there to show them and I had to leave my food at home. They throw away the six flats instead of just letting me keep them for my time for having to come back up there and having to wait 20 minutes for them to redo the order, they also didn’t understand that the order came with Cajun corn. They were trying to give me three boxes of fries so then I had to tell them I’m still missing the Cajun corn then I asked the manager where is the wings that I bought back? Oh well we throw them away because they were cold!!! I’m like my food at home is cold!! They don’t seem to understand that I brought back my husband’s order then don’t even compensate!! so I came home and took a picture of my order to show them. I do not have to lie about not receiving the correct order, but I am going to put this Review on here due to lack of customer service!

I have ordered online takeout and eaten in this restaurant several times.
The parking is horrible at this location, is overcrowded and wing stops do not offer any take-out-only spots. So parking is a hassle.
The service is not the best. At least the times that I have been there, I was not greeted and the cashiers were not friendly just transactional.
My order for takeout is always on time, so they are good at that.
The French fries are broken pieces of fries that are overcooked and ALWAYS cold. Part of this is because wing-stop continues to just place the fries in the open tray on top of everything, (all wing-stops do this) so they often spill in the bag and are always cold. I am not sure why everything else is always packaged but the fries are not. Regardless you can tell the fries were warm at best when placed in the bag.
The wings themselves are acceptable but not cooked how you ask for them. I always ask for well done and they never are. Even when I ate there. And I don’t want to send them back because then you have to wait for another 20-30 minutes for them to redo them. When you do take out you don’t see issues till you get home and who wants to get back in the car and go back?
At this location the order was accurate.
All wing-stops do this, I often get a survey and I complete it but it only asks what went well no option to enter what could be improved. They give you free regular fry for completing the survey, which is their worst menu item.
With Pluckers just down the street from this location, you would think this location would be on point but it’s not. I’ll be going to another location next time I want wing-stop.

This location is THE WORST. I paid for boneless wings and several other items, but when we got home I was missing my boneless wings. I dont live near this location. No one told me I had to go back right away to get my wings. THOMAS, the manager did not honor my request for a refund and he did not give me my order either. He said there was nothing he could do. So basically I gave money to them for no reason. Anyone who works in food industry knows this is not right. I would give 0 stars if I could. I hope karma serves him and Thomas gets a flat tire for his superb service.

The customer service in this place is disgusting, plus they serve you as if you were ordering, the orders never arrive as ordered and when you complain the workers treat you badly when that is their responsibility, we went here many times because It was the closest establishment but it was the worst experience we had in a restaurant for approximately 5 months, disgusting people, all their cashiers should improve and be a little nicer to their customers, I think they need maturity to work, also You can see that sometimes they are even drugged and they are disgusting gentlemen in this establishment.

This is our favorite Wing Stop on the South side! Great tasting wings!! Service is always pretty good too. The only downside is how busy it gets.

Place is usually busy and it's right next to a busy off ramp intersection, so it's a pain to get in and out of the plaza. I always order online so my order is always ready by the time I get there. Otherwise you'll be waiting like 20 minutes for your order.
The chicken wings used to be really good, but a couple months ago it suddenly started tasting weird, like the chicken wasn't being cooked properly or something. Haven't been in a while as a result. Hopefully in the future they fix that. Also even though I always request the fries to be cooked longer, they're always kinda soggy.

Where to start.. I ordered 2 simple orders
8 strips for both, yet they were both wrong then when I called in was put on hold for 20min I literally had enough time to drive from Floresville to this location and still walk in while on hold.
I addressed that I needed it all to be fixed and still waited some time AGAIN. Even though they tried to mends there wrong. I would definitely recommend another location. Don’t waist your time, nor your energy.

Arrived a few mins early to pick up my to-go order and since it wasn’t ready, we sat and waited. No problem at all. About 20 mins later they started calling out a ton of names as bags kept coming out, and people were arriving to pick up. I saw they were busy so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. My husband goes up to ask how much longer as we were now going on 45 mins (more than double the wait time they initially told me) and my food had been sitting there getting cold. When I asked how long it was sitting there, no response. Called out everyone else’s but mine. If the policy is to just have in call orders wait up there, then they need to start calling out everyone’s names. That or keep them in the back where they can keep it warm till someone arrives for their order.
We got an order for pick up. Returned home and started unpacking our order. All of our wings and strips were burned to a crisp. We weren't able to eat the food. Went back to get a refund. Was told only the manager could do it since it was an online order. The manager was not there at the time. Was told the refund will go back into my account in 7 to 10 business days.
