The girl who answered the phone was awesome and polite and she deserves a raise! She had very good personality over the phone and in person, wish i knew her name but she had two nose piercings ..also the food is good, keep it up we will be back fr fr!

Very dissatisfied with customer service. Girls at the counter had no customer service whatsoever. Young and had attitude. After placing an order over almost $50, my husband, daughter and I waited for almost 40 mins as we watched others who came in after us get there food. Mind you the whole time the girls at counter would stare at us.... My husband finally went up and asked to find out our order was placed on a rack for pick up orders. The girl asked if we wanted fresh fries as my husband said yes, she turned around while her eyes rolled with her.. and threw them in the trash with attitude... Again.... Very disappointed with the customer service they had. No smiles, no greetings, nothing. And I say girls bc they had no respect and acted like they had issues for no reasons. What a shame on the generation today, very sad.
