I got takeout and my food was cold like it had been in the fridge

Their Lemon Chicken, Egg Drop Soup & their Lo Mein are delicious

The food did not taste like it was supposed to. I ordered Gen Tso Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Could not taste the difference between the two dishes. The egg rolls were dried out so much I almost broke a tooth eating it. Do not eat at this restaurant.

One of our favorite places to dine in. The food is really good, portion sizes are great for the price, and the atmosphere is very cozy and warm. My daughter and I always get the garlic chicken and its delicious. My husband always gets the sweet and sour chicken and that is always good too. 10/10 recommend!

Today's order just solidified my decision never to eat Wok Inn again from this location or any other location. I left a note in the special instructions box on the app to "Please fry the tofu extra hard/firm/crispy" something I have done atleast a dozen times and every time the tofu is slimy. It doesn't take much to fry tofu and make it firm especially on a grill. I usually just bring my orders home after being disappointed and put them in the air fryer but at this point I'm sick of it. The bland, tasteless food, and slimy tofu just isn't worth it. I always have to season the food, and finish cooking it, so why am I paying them? Never again, no thanks, wouldn't even eat it if it were free.

It’s June and they had the A/C at 78 inside. They didn’t have a cover lid on the egg drop soup which I find gross. I was the only person at 7pm dining in and they took about 10 min to bring my food and tables were not clean.

Unfortunately, this is just a mediocre Chinese experience. Everything tasted fine but it did not "Wow" me or my family. There are better restaurants nearby with more exciting food.Worth noting, however, that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Vegetarian options: Tofu is available as a protein option for many dishes, and is usually a few dollars cheaper.

Dirty dirty place. Food on buffet counter is uncovered. Floors are filthy. Bathroom is out of order and there is white powder all over the floor for the roaches I assume? The cooks are in the front and one is eating something and drinking too. He belches really loud. Gross experience all around. The girl at the front was in the bathroom while I was and did not wash her hands. Will never eat here again. Food inspector needs to inspect ASAP

We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn’t very busy. There were a fair amount of menu options and I tried Moo Goo Gai Pan for the first time, which has a garlic sauce. I ordered a lunch special while my boyfriend selected a regular item of Mongolian beef. We paid $23 overall and this included an entree, rice, side, soup and drink. The cashier was very friendly and the food came out quickly. We both enjoyed our food and would definitely go back again. My only complaint is that the floors were dirty.

After being completely disappointed by the SE location too many times, we decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, we wasted our money...again. The 2 hot & sour soups tasted like dirty dish water and the rest of the food was off. So sad considering the original location on Grissom was always on point. The Potranco location is great also. The lady running this store is not personable or customer service savvy. She's drier than the fried rice they served us.

We decided to eat here Friday night with the kids. We sat down and noticed a gnat. When we got our food, we were surrounded by gnats. It was disgusting. We packed up our food and left immediately. My husband let a staff member know and she responded with "well I didn't bring them." Like what!? I guess she thought it was funny. Never again will we eat here. Absolutely grotesque.

Tried it a few separate times to make sure and the food is just not good. The food has no flavor and is grossly undercooked. Included a picture of my "fried" rice

Was once a thing of beauty, become something like booty.
