Wok Inn

I probably wont be going back. Went through the drive and nobody responded so I dove to the window to give them my order. I asked for the special but apparently they change it all the time. So my dinner special wasn't really the special. She gave me the price of it. I did appreciate that. The food here isn't that good. We really wanted to like it but we couldn't finish it. I really just ate the rice and egg roll. A lot of Money wasted. I should've read the other reviews before coming here ?

If you like your money you won't waste it here. I'm so ridiculously disappointed. I used to like this place a lot now they've shot down bad, except their prices went up to make up for the lost customers just sad how bad the food was even the soup was all liquid barely any solids at all

Very lonely place, they don't serve you well. The waitress was the same cashier; with a face of tragedy. The dish came out almost cold; The taste was not what I expected. I didn't really like it, I don't recommend it.

I ordered sweet tea, from a guy who took my order. Very nice and friendly but took my order wrong. I was given unsweetened when I took it back to the counter and the red head girl wasn’t to happy. Then she brings me my food in a to go bag. I told her it was for dine in. She stammered and grabbed it and slammed it on the kitchen counter. She was rude and shouldn’t be serving customers. The rice was bland not like the Wok In on 410 and Marbach. Not going back to that location. Lousy service

Too much oil in the combo rice.. small portions of proteins in the rice. inexperienced cook's, or restaurant is trying to cut back..due to losses?

Worst location in San Antonio the hours clearly say 9pm they close but every time they always close an hour or two sooner …regardless if it is slow a business should always stay open until it’s designated time whoever is the manger should be ashamed and should NOT BE THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION you clearly can not do your job right as a leader and show your employees how you should actually run a business I hope the owner sees this and actually cares about the customers because whoever they hired clearly has no respect for your business nor do they seem to care that the owner is losing money …AGAIN WORST LOCATION IN SAN ANTONIO DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION MAYBE THE OWNER WILL FINALLY SEE HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN LOSE DUE TO THE MANAGERS NEGLIGENCE!!!!
Also as we were leaving the employees were mocking us the customers because we showed up 30/40 mins before they had to close at 9!!! Not 8 not 8:20-8:30 it says open till 9!!! If i was the owner I would definitely fire those so called employees and focus on hiring people who actually are willing and want to work

Wow, definitely not like how I remembered. Used to be a go-to spot for quick but good Chinese, now anything but. While the ribs were good, the rice had zero love. Nostalgia is definitely not always a good thing.

I haven’t been to this place in a while was craving lo mein. Got the combination plate. Shrimp wasn’t even cooked all the way. Tasted raw and still had the dirty veins in the shrimp. Also, they forgot to give me my egg roll. There’s not even a phone number on the receipt to complain too. I do not recommend this place had to throw away my plate.

I seriously would not recommend this place. It is clean and the people are friendly, but the food is not worth the trouble. Pretty much like eating frozen entrees from a grocery store. There are so many other Chinese places to go to. I would not recommend wasting your time at this place.

Actually went IN to the establishment, and unfortunately it was disappointing from entry -, to food, to the seat where we sat while drops of Dirty water dropped on us from the water leak. While that was dropping from the ceiling, the girl at the counter looked miserable, I mean we all have our days but not even a FAKE smile or simple explanation of the menu, ( like mentioning a drink is not included) and she was rude and unprofessional and the place was not even busy . The soup I was hoping would be ONE positive, it was cold , no flavor, and don't get me started on the food I mean I brought my lemon chicken home and it's pretty bad when my dog who eats everything would not even touch it. I spend time posting these reviews so that you don't waste your time or money because this place is that bad and I ONLY POST WHEN A PLACE IS REALLY GOOD AND WORTH IT OR IF ITS REALLY BAD AND NOT WORTH IT.... VERDICT FOR WOK INN: NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Haven’t been to the location in a very long time. Today I ordered the lemon chicken. The chicken was old and so refried that it was like chewing on rubber. Cashier was definitely not happy to be working. Never again

I went to have dinner and it shows the restaurant closes at 9pm and I was there at 8:20 and the doors are locked. I saw staff in the restaurant and all the chairs are turned over on the tables. There was no sign saying why closed early
