Wok Inn

The chicken lo mine was delicious and fresh! The lemon chicken has the perfect crisp! The egg rolls and crab rangoons were cooked to perfection. The young man up front was so nice and had excellent customer service. The cook even came out and asked how everything tasted. She even brought to go boxes and extra sauces for my left overs. All around great food and experience. I'm definitely coming back!

I had stopped at the culebra location and it was 8:35 and they said that dinning room was closed that they only had takeout ,so I was turned away .Went to the the location on 410 and military and asked if dinning room was still opened and he said yes .I was happily greater by Julius at the front counter. I asked to speak to the manager ,so Ester came to my table and I proceeded to explain that I was was turned away from the Culebra location ,but she was nice enough to offer us soup at closing and the cook Louis was more than gracious to cook us to order .I appreciated the whole experience .We had come from an out of town trip and were hungry ! I thank people that still give great customer service ,and I want to thank Julius,Louis and Ester for making us feel like family! Will be back!

These people must be making their money on to go packaging and containers. Another place where they’re sticking it to the man. I would hate to find out that this place serves seed and chemical food ingredients. 🤢

It's usually good but today my lo mein was mushy/overcooked and I paid for extra shrimp and got the same amount I get when I don't pay for extra shrimp.
Very disappointing

Eta: the rice was dry, shrimp overcooked and when I attempted to reheat the leftovers, they were inedible.

Everything tasted like it was food that had been left on a buffet all day, then packaged up and passed through the drive thru as if it were fresh.

Grandpa really wanted Chinese at about 9 pm. Sadly our usual spot said take out only when we arrived around 9:25 pm although open till 10 pm. I understand it was cutting it close but for a Saturday night seemed we could find a place to get what grandpa wanted. Fortunately we did! We stumbled upon Wok Inn just in time. Julius, Usef, and the other young lady working tonight provided us with excellent last minute service. The food was enjoyable and we definitely would come back again.

I think this rating is too low. Very good service and potion size is very good. Lemon chicken on point and the fried rice is one of the best in town!

The old Chinese lady on to go orders and register was so rude got upset over my simple request to box my teriyaki chicken and fried rice separate
Im pregnant so yes I want my food prepared and presented in the way I like
She should be working in the back, not in the front or better yet not even at all she obviously doesn’t like her job. She needs a new one entirely.
Can’t believe I still paid and walked out with my food i honestly don’t even want to eat it anymore after encountering her. Horrible customer service she gives
Although her co worker he was very nice and helpful attending to my needs. I give him 5 stars ⭐️.

I'm disappointed with my recent experience. The fried rice was served cold, and when I asked for it to be corrected, the kitchen staff was very confrontational and took my plate away against my wishes. The replacement rice was hot but unfortunately burnt and inedible.

When I called to discuss the issue, the person on the phone hung up on me twice and then dismissed my concerns, suggesting I eat elsewhere. As a regular customer who visits every week or two, I found this treatment very disheartening. The staff member was quite rude, especially considering I was the only customer at the time.

I've usually had positive experiences at this location, but this incident has made me reconsider returning. I would recommend the Potranco Road instead

My husband loves this place. It was my first time to this location. The Culebra location is mych nicer. I immediately noticed how unclean this place is. The credit card machine had oil dust and hair all over it. The floors are super sticky and it's just overall unappealing. The hot & sour soup was mediocre at best. Two General Tsos, sweet & sour shrimp and sweet and sour chicken, $64.00. This is the first asian restaurant we've been to where my daughter didn't like the rice. They also don't have dumplings or wonton soup. I definitely don't recommend this spot.

The floor was dirty my cup had white flakes in it which means it was dirty. The cashier said she gave my mom her change back but we are sure she just kept it. She didn’t even give her the receipt until my mom asked for it. Will not eat here again.

Gave a vegetarian chicken and refused to refund or remake

I asked for triple sea food delight and the last who was attending me at the cash register said she can make it and a hot n sour soup which comes with the meal and a side of spicy garlic calamari which were $9. My total was $32.59. I asked her why it was that total and she asked if she could explain to me my total and she asked if she could help the guy next in line . Only because the guy said he wasn’t in a hurry , she acknowledged me . She wasn’t tryin to hear it . Instead of tellin me my request wasn’t on the menu, she charged me $8 extra without my consent . She had dark black scribble scrabble tattoos for eyebrows on each eyelid. I don’t recommend this place to anyone . I’ll never eat here again
