Terrible security and surveillance camera system. Vehicle broken into in parking lot in front of the hotel. Security on duty when it happened. I never keep anything in my vehicle or have anything in plain view. Will never stay there again.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was far below the standards I expected, especially considering the cost of $400.
Key Issues Encountered:
1. Unclean Room: The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the corners of the room and the shower, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable.
2. Lobby Restroom Condition: While waiting for my Uber, I used the lobby restroom, only to find it in a disgusting state. I reported this to the front desk, but no action was taken to clean it during my wait.
3. No Hot Water: To make matters worse, the water in the room was extremely cold throughout my stay. We were unable to access hot water, which is a basic amenity every guest should expect.
This stay was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had, and I feel as though my money was wasted. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unresponsive service are unacceptable.
I am requesting a resolution to this matter, such as a partial refund or credit toward a future stay. Please let me know how you intend to address these issues.

Customer service was terrible. I spoke to someone in sales and 5 other people within their hotel regarding my room that I canceled and asked to have it back since it was non refundable. I was told that I will be able to get my room back, but never received an email with confirmation. After speaking to someone again, I was told that my room was not reserved and that they were sold out. No one in Sales emailed me or called me to tell me this, which I find unprofessional, being that they had my number and email as well, since we did communicate via email. Now I am out of a room and $328. I am not happy with service at all. The GM of this hotel still has not responded to my email or returned my call as well #marriott #aloftsanantonioairport #corporate

Reasonable and tasty drinks. trendy modern atmosphere . Nice ambiance. Friendly staff, good service. Plenty of parking. Outside fire with pit plenty of seating.

We went to bar and asked for a menu, but they were out of almost everything. Then we ordered the "upscale" mac and cheese but I could tell it was being microwaved and when done we got nothing more than what appeared to be kids Kraft mac and cheese. What a rip off.Also during previous stay we found the bed to be very uncomfortable and ended up sore. Also the W XYZ bar had closed at 8PM !!

Well made drinks, great customer service, a hotel bar! Its clean and has a very laid back atmosphere.
It’s not bad for what it is – a hotel bar/lounge. Nice roomy, comfortable place to hang around and lounge in.
Good customer service, plenty of drinks to choose from and at least 6 beers on tap – including a couple of local brews. Top shelf, middle shelf, under the counter liquors all available here.
They don’t open until 5pm, so if you’re looking for a spot to do some day drinking, this ain’t it!
I wish I had more to say about it, but hotel bars just aren’t that fun or eventful for that matter. No offense to the proprietors of the W XYZ Bar of course.
