I started my diet to lose weight the beginning of July with the assist of injectables. But shot's alone aren't enough. Was looking for a meal prep to have for work. Zedric's being local was a no brainer. Great bundle options, and first order was half off. I put 1 week in freezer as I eat the other. It gives me enough energy for my workout's. I'd highly recommend them to help on your weight lose journey. I'm down 35lbs, with a goal of another 20.

I LOVE this place. Not only does it allow for excellent portion control for me (which is hard on my own), but all the offerings are right there with clear ingredient lists and ready to grab and go. I was hoping for vegan options as well since the whole focus is on health! but was told there isnt a market for that 😂 There are literally 12 here in SA and at the Texas State Fair there will be a Vegan food option in the food court which hit the news .. so... yes there is a market, a huge market. I wanted a Vegan option close to me, but will continue to go out of my way. Maybe someday Zedric's will catch up with the timea and make that expansion
