Pretty cool place to try, I honesty believe that this place is meant for the uncommon foods that they offer, there is a select few smoothies I can actually recommend to the public, but as for the location itself, it needs work. It looks like the place just opened up, The front could use a little more work to draw attention to this place.

Order 3 drinks and garlic noodles. They forgot my noodles. I just ask the girl at front desk . Your forgot my order? . The girl answered me nice. But the young guy. I believe he is the owner. Give me very bad attitude. Try to fight with me. Talking s*** to me . I never give any business 1 star. Omg . Unbelievable service

I placed an online order for store pick up. Arrived to pick up my order and there is a sign on the door stating the location is closed until further notice. Super disappointed that not only I was I charged but that they do not even have a voicemail service set up to leave a message. I sent an email but of course did not hear back. Needless to say they need to update their website so other people do not end up in the same predicament.

I had the coffee horchata with honey boba. Very delicious and filling. Make sure to mix it before you drink. I forgot and drank the bottoms wet horchata and when I got to the top the coffee was unsweetened, lol

I went with the ube oreo brûlée and wow it's so amazing! The swirls in the smoothie made for a great picture. It tasted delicious, it was creamy and had a perfect blend of ube and oreo. I wish i stayed longer in SA to try more of their drinks. It's so hard to choose your drink when the menu has so many great options. The inside was very clean and made me feel safe with everything going on.

Amazing customer service and delicious food!!! My buffalo wings came out with no sauce on them and I informed the staff. They said they would remake the order completely and for me to keep the wrong order also, but I only had about 10 minutes to eat and told them I did not have enough time to wait for a new order. So they just gave me the correct sauce for my wings. They also gave me ALL of my money back just for a simple mistake. As I was about to leave they brought me a whole new batch of wings made the correct way. This was a rare example of exemplary customer service and every business should strive to treat their customers this way. I was greatly satisfied and will absolutely be back. Thank you Zero Degrees for your professional handling of this situation. Much kudos!

Ordered online for pickup and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The Thai camo was so yummy. Next time I'll order with more Thai tea and less of the Camo brûlée. The popcorn chicken was yummy, and the garlic fries were really good. Quick and delicious.

Excellent service. Covid-19 precautions are definitely put into place here. The place is spotless - very refreshing aroma. I recommend ordering the Horchata Coffee - it is a great wake me up drink! I enjoy dropping by here after a morning workout, before a long hike, or just grabbing drinks for a social distance gathering with loved ones. The staff are very welcoming and kind. Nice location.

I got the xtra hot elotes snack with a split cup- peach tea and strawberry limeade. This combo satisfied my craving for something spicy and something refreshing in the Texas heat. I wasn't expecting the elotes to be as good as it was. It wasn't too spicy either!!! I didn't have to constantly sip my drink to eat it. It was perfect. I'm definitely coming back to try everything else :) Why I only give it a 4/5: I ordered some regular $4 fries and cheese out of curiosity, and they are not worth the $4.50. I forgot the exact pricing. They're nothing special on their own, but if you mix the fries into something else they'll taste better. (They didn't season them either)

I dont know.The place has tge overpowering smell from the hemp store next door. My kids asked to leave as soon as we walked in. Kids wanting to leave an ice cream place? Who would have thought?

I came here about two weeks ago and loved most of the things I ordered and the customer service was great. The only downside was that the bubba I added to my drink, wasn't boiled/cooked well enough and they were soooo hard to chew. I had to take them out because I thought I almost broke my tooth. This is an easy fix, just try your bubba before to make sure its soft, other than that, the drinks, people, and food were great!

Disappointed- we usually order pick up here and the drinks have always been great. Today we decided to stay in and order for delivery through Ubereats, which is a mistake. They got one of my order wrong. I ordered the Matcha Camo brûlée but instead got a very bland Oreo shake. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to try the matcha brûlée. Also the pictures on their website don't look close to how it actually is in real life. My boyfriend ordered the Tiger milk tea which is usually our go to, pretty disappointing too as it looked like straight up milk with boba on the bottom (refer to pic). This place used to be my favorite boba spot in San Antonio but it has gone downhill with its quality.
