We visited for dinner. The risotto was well seasoned but slightly al dente. The lobster was Presented beautifully but slightly overcooked. My husband had a chicken ceasar salad which was delicious. The ambiance was hotel restaurant not up scale Italian.

Ken with Offline - We went out of character tonight. Downtown residents for 17 years... And we went to a hotel restaurant at the Westin.

Gave it a 4 because a hick up with our drink order. One of the drinks came flat (vodka and club soda) took 15 minutes before the new drink was served....

Meal great.. really good, and of course being on the river walk dinning during Christmas is magical magical, hard to beat the world class ambiance.

3rd Time I have been there. Both prior times, the food was good, the service was great and the ambience was quiet, and felt elegant and highend as advertised. This time, the food was ok, the service was outstanding and the ambience felt like a cafeteria during a sunday brunch; loud, rowdy, and the lack of attention of management to the dining room was absolutely evident. Not again for an after theater meal...a drink on the river, yes, but do it outside.

This is a really nice looking restaurant and great location. However their food and service were subpar. They do have great coffee. Limited menu for kids. Not enough wait staff, hostess or cooks apparently.

We have a table on the patio and were served the set menu for the river boat parade. The service was great, but the food was terrible! The appetizer had bones and gristle, and the entree of duck and noodles had so much cinnamon in it that it was totally inedible. My daughter likes duck and was excited for the entree, only ate one bite. The meal was NOT at all worth what we paid $150 / person. We will not be back to Zocca.

Food was ok, nothing exceptional. Bread was bad and they make you pay $10.00 for it! No ambient music. Not sure we will go back.

Great waitress- very attentive. Food was excellent. Sparse crowd so it was a nice , intimate dinner for us.

Honestly the service is super bad, food is ok and over price. Better to go some where else.

I’m not sure who manages the place but that person needs to step up and support the team. Only one server on a busy brunch Sunday morning, poor server was serving tables, making drinks in the bar, playing host sitting people and taking to go’s therefore the service was suuuuper slow. My cup of fruit and a plain bagel order took them almost 25 minutes to be ready.

I was so disappointed because the restaurant refused to honor our reservation. I spent a lot of time reading reviews of different options where I could book at outside table as part of the reservation. I had a confirmation that said it was an outdoor table. But, when I arrived, they refused to honor the reservation. It wasn't a matter of just waiting for an available table, I would have been very understanding that sometimes even reserved tables aren't ready exactly on time. They said they was no way they would seat us at all outside. That was the whole point of my reservation. We left, but were VERY uphappy because by that point it was too late to book a different restaurant along the river, which was the entire reason I booked this restaurant and came downtown. They were very unfriendly and dismissive during the entire exchange.

First and foremost, get the bread service. I've never had bread served like that before. Hands down the best bread service I've ever received...and, friends, I've been to Olive Garden..so...

The food, although pricey, was well-prepared and succulent.

My only words of advice for the proprietor of this fine establishment would be to find a way to mute the acoustics. The sound carries, and once the fine business travelers get to saucin' up, it can get quite loud in there.

That said, it is a find place to eat.

And that bread service. #IYKYK

Excellent food! A little loud if there is a large party of people, which there was at the beginning. Accoustics are bad. Very nice ambience if its cool enough to sit outside
