I ordered online with delivery provided by Door Dash tonight. The driver called me after speaking with an employee to ask if substitutes were ok for 3 items. He was very polite. They did not have onion rings, salad, or the Oreo shake, which was for my little girl. I agreed to the substitutions, but when the order got here, the Hershey's pie was not there.
