I went to the SB location the first week they opened and they got my mobile drive thru order incorrect. However, I wasn't in a hurry and drove back around. Service is way slower than the Harlingen locations but their staff seems so young so I know they're figuring it out. I want them to be successful in our area so I will continue to support them. Friendly service always and I love Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches!
The manager of the year should be going to Patrick, he is always ready to help customers and address all concerns with a smile! He is the reason I continue going back, thanks Patrick! 🙏
i recently went through the drive thru today, the girl was super sweet and the person who gave me my order was amazing! My only complaint was that I got told to park because they were making fresh strips(which I don’t mine waiting) , let me find out when I get home my mom opens her meal and she has nuggets instead of strips. She was super upset because she WANTED strips so I called twice to see what I can do yet no one answered 😓😓 other than that the food was good as always...
