This McDonald's suffers from very poor customer service. They have sassy people taking orders at the drive thru that are too busy flirting and laughing with coworkers instead of paying attention to your order. Then they ask you several times to repeat yourself. You get to the window to pay and the flirting and laughter are still going on where they are turned away from you to attend to the coworker. On April 25th I had purchased a cold vanilla latte in Brownsville. It was hot out and decided that would be better than a hot latte. They put whipped cream and caramel. There was nothing wrong with it, but it was too sweet. I needed to drive to Edinburg and wanted coffee ☕ to drink on the way. I pulled over so I could call a McDonald's on the way.
