Went at lunch time and was not too busy. The food came to the table piping hot within 5 mins. I thoroughly enjoyed the cheese enchiladas with carne guisada, rice and beans. The enchilada recipe tastes old fashioned, authentic and delicious.
First off the service at this place is top notch with the staff always smiling and very attentive. We got the carne guisada plate and the brisket entomotados. Their refried beans have a chorizo flavor which we really like. The rice is excellent and the brisket enchiladas with the red sauce, entomatodos, were amazing. The iced tea was good and tasted fresh brewed. Price was very reasonable too.

My husband were so impressed , when ordering we told the waitress it was our first time at Papasito’s. She asked us if we wanted to sample the meat? My husband requested brisket to sample. WELL, we were brought out pork, brisket, chicken and fajita samples each. Each taste was better than the last! Tender, juicy, flavorful melt in your mouth goodness!
