Tried the bubulubu cake and it was really good! I've never had an actual bubulubu but I imagine that this isn't too far from it. Even if it is, it still holds up on its own. The interior of this place is also really cute, definitely worth a visit for something sweet!

Went into Pasteleria Gilma specifically for the ROLLO DE CAJETA & was not disappointed!! Would definitely return again.**Have purchased the same cajeta roll at a well known bakery in Brownsville & there is no comparison. #TEAM GILMA ??
