Rolling Smoke BBQ is now located at the Moon Rock but they also do a fabulous job catering! Today they brought an outstanding brisket meal served with the best potato salad ever, their signature beans, rice & trimmings. Ennete, David and family personally served our church congregation a plate full of deliciousness as we celebrated our 2025 graduates. Thank you!
Rolling Smoke delivered a very delicious lunch, which included a loaded potato with brisket and beans for over 80 people! Our staff was completely satisfied. RS provided excellent service and had everything ready in a timely manner.
Good brisket nice and moist! Had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was good!
