Horrible customer service
Places an order for spicy got regular strips
Fries were frezzer cold
Called back n spoke to a Christina was useless refused to do anything about it won't n couldn't give me a supervisor name nor a phone number to speak with someone else...poor reviews from this location ..those places close not to due with slow business but with poor business

Unfortunately, this specific location has given me the most trouble every single time me or my wife go for an order. Either they always miss something, they give me the wrong thing or the food itself was just packed so poorly that the food ends up getting covered in gravy inside the whole bag.. which has happened twice so far. The food itself taste delicious just like every other location... But DO NOT expect to have your order correct the first time. I suggest you check your bag every single time before even leaving the parking lot and always have them repeat your order back to you, before giving payment. Other than the service tho, the food is delicious...

This place is getting ridiculous you order a certain type of chicken and they take it upon themselves to hide a different thing underneath to make the order check your chicken before you leave

It is no longer very good, it is very tasteless and too greasy.
Terrible service the 3 times I have bought they have given me the wrong order one talks to them and they say they are going to check their cameras but that helps me if they don't return what you ordered or anything you lose your money
