I have to give a huge shout-out to the Dairy Queen in San Juan! This location is consistently excellent. The first thing you'll notice is how incredibly clean everything is, from the dining area to the counters. It's clear that the staff takes great care to keep the place tidy, and that extends to the restrooms, which are always well-maintained.
The staff here is what truly makes the visit memorable. They are so friendly and quick with service, always greeting you with a smile. Their efficiency is impressive, and they genuinely make you feel welcome.
The only thing to keep in mind is the line when the local schools let out. It can get long, but it's a small wait for the high-quality service and delicious treats you'll receive. This Dairy Queen is definitely a go-to spot for anyone in the area!

Can’t remember when the last time I came to a DQ, but I forgot what I was missing! They had the footlong glizzy 🌭 which I was geeked about and got me a strawberry cheesecake blizzard 🥰 The girl at the counter recommended I get the upcharge to a medium for like .30 cents more or something so of course I did! We snagged a table outside and she brought me my food and did the blizzard upside down test which I forgot about so that tickled my fancy 🤣 but DQ still slaps and I’ll be back for another glizzy! lol

Never fails all the ice cream IS ALWAYS melted. I don't want to assume ( bc you know what they say....) but I feel they start making those blizzards right when ordered.... No how many people are in front of you in 99.9 degree weather at a drive thru.

This Location has a very slow procedure in the drive thru. Not to mention that there Customers Service is even worse !!! I have gone to this Location quite a bit, and I EXPECT to buy my goods the way I ORDERED it NOT the way they want them to give it to me ! Their employees are rude and don't have any good manners they really show there frustration on there Face !!! It all starts with Good Leadership and I can tell this Location Doesn't Have It !!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, YOUR BETTER OF GOING ELSEWHERE !!!
