Messed up my beverage order, main meal i ordered from drive thru meal completely wrong and totally different item. Order a grilled chicken sandwich and got a fried fish patty.

This Location has a very slow procedure in the drive thru. Not to mention that there Customers Service is even worse !!! I have gone to this Location quite a bit, and I EXPECT to buy my goods the way I ORDERED it NOT the way they want them to give it to me ! Their employees are rude and don't have any good manners they really show there frustration on there Face !!! It all starts with Good Leadership and I can tell this Location Doesn't Have It !!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, YOUR BETTER OF GOING ELSEWHERE !!!

Only location that won’t give you ice cream on a cup , all other locations would do a soft serve in a cup , I have a toddler and defined don’t want a cone so he can’t get all dirty . Worst attitude too . Love dq , love all at her locations but definitely not this one . Come to this one if you want to get annoyed.

Wait time in the drive thru for a simple cone and sundae took over 20 min with not many customers inside. Only a drive thru of 4 cars. Been to other Dairy Queens and service is usually faster

Stale fries, burned burgers, terrible service, all in one place. If you just NEED to throw your money away this is the place to do it at.
We use to love this place, but for the past couple years they are cutting corners. If you try any other TX DQs north of Falfurrias you'll know why!! I hadn't realized how badly they are literally serving us cool whip in the valley in comparison to the delicious ice cream we all use to know and love and can still buy anywhere else other than here!!! My cone/ blizzard has a lard taste and look! So gross!
