Pancakes today were barely lukewarm. Toast was too hard to eat. Ordered what we thought was 3 adult size of fries and got children's sizes. Plus I am sure we ordered hot chocolate and never got it. Best part was the eggs being cooked right.

We were very well served by the waitress "rosaura". I just don't know if it was the manager but it seemed very bad of him to go out to the table area where the customers are and say that things were missing from the tables and he took the employees out of where they were working "from the kitchen." to get their attention in front of customers. That looked very bad on my part. I don't think I should have done it like that or faced the problem like that. I believe that all employees deserve respect and to resolve things appropriately.
Great experience overall. Food and staff were perfect. Definitely coming back. 😋

Good place only that although we went early they no longer had some things and the drinks were not the best since the lemonade did not have sugar. They didn't complete a dish for us.

My Best Friend and myself had an enjoyable wonderful breakfast that was serviced, homemade, delicious and with a smile, as a great team they are, all employees would help each other that I found different, did not have to wait for our waitress, these 4 people made our visit even better as follows: Bobby, Arnold, and San Juanita , as well as the manager that worked along side of them Jose B. I recommend San Juan, TX Denny's Thanks to all and give you a 👍

Aj was our server tonight, he was absolutely excellent, as soon as we walked in he greeted us with a smile and told us were we could sit, he brought out our menus super fast, I order the berry waffles and since I have type 1 diabetes he wanted me they were too sweet and I really appreciated that, 10/10 experience Aj was the best.
Everything is very delicious and the waiters are attentive if you need anything else.

My original post from March Good service and better then average for Dennys I had the new strawberry cheesecake slam highly recommend it but get the strawberry on the side last time I had it it was too much this time I put it on to my liking. What else can I say it's Dennys and is always a decent breakfast some are just better then others thisbones a good one. October 16th... Update... I'm back in town and went to eat here again and this time I was disappointed she gave me a dirty clearly used coffee cup had lipstick on the rim and the usual dribbles from coffee on the side. Clearly it hadn't been washed with a hard lipstick stain but actually dirty like she pulled it from the buss bin. I ordered over medium eggs that means... Whites done yolk soft so you know. They were over easy and had to be sent back.... Last time I was in town I ate here multiple times because it was always great service and food. I am not an asshole I know it's not easy being a waitress or short order cook. But not noticing a clearly filthy used cup and then the eggs. I gave her 25$ for a $21.20 order. Generally I tip 15-20% higher if it's nicer place and has excellent service. I will try again soon see if it improves....

They are always out of french vanilla creamer and out of meats for steaks or omelets, menu keeps changing and eliminating items

It was my first time at Dennys and I didn't know what to expect. The place had a nice atmosphere and was well kept. The server Isaiah was attentive and was fast with the food. The food was good. Overall, the service was great and I'll be visiting more often.

The drive through workers really need some customer service training. Ordered a basic order and was given a different side. When I told them about it, the drive through girl kept on insisting thats what I had ordered. No apology, nor attempt to try to make a correction. I called to speak to a manager and was told that no one was there at the moment. Never got a call back and can only hope that they get the training that they so desperately need sooner rather than later.
