Four of us went today and had a bad experience. When we sat down, we noticed an unpleasant sewer smell (I'm a plumber and definitely know this smell). The food temperature and presentation were fine. The taste overall was also fine. The beans did not taste good. The scrambled eggs were dry. We were incredibly shocked when we received the bill. It was $50 for four of us and we didn't actually order that much. Be aware... they charge an extra $1 for every item from the breakfast menu if it's after 11 am. Three cups of regular coffee were $12. A regular bottle of water was $2.49. We're not going there again.

Only one waitress on a weekend day. Menudo was up to par like other days. Like the home made corn tortillas.

The place inside could use some remodeling and a change to their menu with descriptions of what each dish is.The huevos rancheros are okay for $4.99 you get 2 eggs, potatoes and refried beans (the bacon was $1.59 extra). The eggs were perfectly cooked over medium, the salsa for the eggs was good their salsa style was on the chunky side, the potatoes were lacking flavor they were soft and with not much taste, the refried beans were just okay, the bacon was thin and small but still tasty. The hash browns on the second plate were terribly cooked. The corn tortillas were okay but the flour didn't look appealing.Overall the breakfast here is okay, but the place is not much to my liking.

Nice and clean place to enjoy breakfast. Come try the botanita plate. A bit of everything.

The food was good home cooked food. Delicious flour tortillas and beans. The Barbacoa was a little fatty and could have used some cleaning and the menudo was very fatty. The gorditas of red chicharrones are extremely spicy, on the end of inedible if you aren't used to spice, but delicious nonetheless. Great location for authentic Mexican food..
