Two poor guys, one charging and the other preparing the gorditas, the ladies who are always there were not there, the gorditas took a long time and they gave me the wrong one and another almost empty, by then a lady had already arrived and I wanted the wrong one to return so give me the other… terrible customer service

The gorditas from this franchise are pretty good, I highly recommend the Revoltijo(Supreme ) which is a gordita with a mix of many things which is full of flavor and texture.The restaurant didn't look very clean, and the service was slow, the staff was friendly enough, but there was only 1 employee working as cashier and cook.

The same person that was preparing gorditas was using the same gloves for cleaning register and placing orders! Then goes to prepare my gorditas it just gross ? me out! Was very polite and just walked out.

I went thru there cause I was hungry he asked me in a Spanish I answered in Spanish the guy looked at me like he didn't know what I said I told him in English the dude again looked again like he didn't know what I said I'm look dude in English and Spanish, i told him what i want like in spanglish gorditas de mole I said that now 4 times, my mom was on the phone and she asked \"why, did say it's like that\" I told her \"the guy looked at me weird when I said it in Spanish then English and still he didn't know what I said so I told him like that\" then I proceeded to tell he two definite plates, cause the definite plates wild they didn't give too definite plates and the tortillas are cold. one star from this store
