Very poor service from the manager and her daughters. ..they really need better management there I went back and the pizza was horrible.I just ordered online, and they didn't open til 11. I was outside waiting. And then the employee there Rudy gave me a really bad attitude. I kept calling and they never answered the phone. This has got to be the worst little Caesar's ever! They never use the pizza warmer for online ordering. They never give me the pizza that I ordered this morning they gave me cold crazy bread from yesterday. The District manager must be an idiot. Terrible place! The employees park right in front of the store!

First time at this location and my last. I ordered online for pick up. Of course it was not ready. That would be okay, but this place has absolutely no meaning of the word customer service. It’s not just about making the pizza, come out from the back acknowledge and greet your guests. There was no sense of urgency.

Placed an order online for pick up at 6:30pm. At 7pm the put my pizza in the oven. So I asked the kid in the counter is that my pizza the one the cook just put in? His reply was I don't know, ask him. I was like what. About 6 kids working, never saw an adult or manager, no customer service skills. Pizza was not what I expected. I wish I could post pictures... Never again I'll order or buy from them!

Ordered thru drive thru.. But machine want working went to window pizza I ordered want ready they said it would take 15-20 minutes. No biggie, until I was there 45 minutes then to have the little kid give me attitude for me telling them I was given the wrong order. Then had the audacity to say I will make you a new one. Not gonna happen, asked for my money back and still was given attitude.. only 2 young teenagers were working. I feel they should have at least four to five people working for a fact food place. They need big time training.. and old school home training..BIG TIME. will never ever ever go there
The pizza is pretty good, however the products they advertise are never ready (for example the sausage hot and ready). Their intercom is also non-functional, overall it's an okay experience.
