I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Marco’s Pizza today. I placed an order through DoorDash, and the item shown on the website clearly displayed a pepperoni-and-cheese pizza. However, when I called the store about the issue, the manager on duty was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the situation or offer any kind of solution, I was told it was my fault for “not selecting it,” even though the product image itself was misleading.
Because of this, I lost a coupon I had used on the order and had to reorder everything and contact DoorDash myself. The first order ended up being refunded entirely—which means the store lost the food—and all of it could have been avoided with even a little customer service or effort.
When I placed the second order, the manager answered the phone again and responded with the same rude attitude. The way he spoke to me made it feel like my questions were an inconvenience rather than something any customer should be able to expect help with.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a Marco’s Pizza location, and I hope management addresses it so future customers aren’t treated this way.

Marco’s Pizza is our family’s favorite express pizza place! Compared to the other big chains, you get so much value at Marco’s, and the pizza is better than the competition. I recommend the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza, The Works, and The Deluxe…in either regular or thin crust. We’ve never been disappointed. Delicious!
Very good pizza, and pizza was done in a timely manner. It was my first time picking up a pizza from there and very satisfied, will go back soon.

The best of the best Both the cashier Luis and the manager are both very friendly I always like to leave work and go for some delicious pizzas the parmesan wings are delicious every thing I have eaten from there I do not regret ordering it the only thing I If I can't eat another piece because everything is so delicious, I don't regret saying that it is the best pizza in the world.
