After reading the good reviews I hesitated, but to be ignored by even the manager in the lobby area I have to rate it a 1 star. The guy was on his phone making call after call, and who knows it may have been an emergency, but don't be in the lobby if that's the case. Poor customer service.

There are plenty of pizza places to order pizza from…make sure you order from someone other than this place. They cancel your delivery order for no reason whatsoever with no notice, they don’t have basic items like lettuce, and the service is terrible.

Horrible customer service! The woman at the front took my order then walked away without handing me a receipt, a thank you or anything. Whatever, I’m a tourist and don’t speak Spanish fluently. But it’s a Marcos. The menu is in English, we have them where I live in Va. Anyways, 15 mins go by, people come in after me, I was the first in the store 5 mins after they opened, and order and start to receive their orders before me. Happens twice and then delivery drivers start to get their orders. I’m waiting patiently at the front table in clear sight. Next pizza comes up and it looks like a smaller one, I’m waiting on 1 personal pizza. I stand up to ask if it’s mine and the woman says aggressively, no! I stay standing and she says louder, NO! I then ask how much longer, it’s been 30 mins, she ignores me, makes a fountain drink for another customer and then casually walks to the back and grabs my pizza. Who knows how long it’s been back there. And I don’t know what this woman’s problem was, but she was clearly discriminating against me. And if she doesn’t like tourists then don’t work at a place literally surrounded by hotels and airbnbs. I will definitely not be supporting a place with staff that discriminate against tourists in the middle of Condado, a tourist hotspot. I run a fast casual store myself and would immediately fire a staff member that treated a customer this way. If you’re a tourist and looking for local pizza, go anywhere else.
