They always ask drive thru customers to park & wait for their then COLD or semi warm food &, as always COLD coffee. I refused to park & waited for my paid meal at drive thru window so they gave me my burger 1/2 wrapped. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE

The whole reason I placed a curbside order was to not have to wait in the drive thru line but bc of this damn place I STILLL had to. They never came out after 10 mins of waiting, and ya when I’m in line at the window the girl wanna say “yes we did come out.” Yes, AFTER the fact when I was already in the line waiting for my order that should’ve been out 15 mins ago. Believe the damn reviews, this place and the majority of the places in this area suck when handling orders, it’s definitely not the first time this happens.

Today I went and asked to pick up curbside and the app failed and did not give me the option to enter the number. I spoke on the phone and a boy answered me that, well, they didn't handle the application, as if to say, I can't help you, I told him my name and what I had heard and he told me that there was no order, then I told him like no, they already charged me for it and He said, yes, this girl is here, I'll send someone because I think he was the one who took her because he came with a bitter face and he gave it to me in a bad way, I said thank you and he didn't even answer, I don't say anything if he doesn't feel like working, he doesn't. Wow, I don't know if he was a driver but he was wearing a blue shirt. It was around 3:55pm.
They are not changing the oil my spicy chk was black had no flavor because all I tasted was old old cooking oil.. fry's to salty hamburger in the bundle has paper thin meat.

All three cashiers at all three locations could not comprehend the order. They basically had a mental meltdown.
