Cashier double charged my daughter for her 20 piece and basket of fries. While waiting for our food we tried to get a manager's attention but to no avail. One of the employees that was on break tried to talk to another employee (blonde girl who later we found out was named mariela not sure if that name was real because after that she was literally hiding from us) and she was very rude to him. She was also slamming the food in the pick up area not even calling out names or numbers so the food especially fries were getting cold. My daughter went and looked for the customer to inform them the food was out. When I finally got my order the fries were cold not even salted and I wasn't even given my bbq sauce. When I asked another employee to give me fresh fries and my bbq sauce I got a rude look. EVERYONE there was rude. When I tried to get blonde girls attention (and I speak loudly) I was ignored. When I told the cashier to tell me her name she said she didnt know it and walked up to her and told her something cuz after that that is when she was just hiding from us and then the manager Ashley came up to us. I asked for the sauce for my daughter's nuggets and before I could complain about her being double charged she left at this point I was like forget this I'll just contact Corporate.

Before ordering the McDonaldland meal, I asked if they still had them, lady said yes so I ordered the 10 meal. I get home, which I live in Edinburg, and I see that it’s not complete. I was disappointed to say the least. I did not receive the souvenir kit which was the whole point of ordering the meal.

The employees are so bad, very disrespectful. A girls with spider eyelashes cussing while chatting with her friends and ignoring the customers. The same girl, we wanted to place order and she seemed disturbed while taking the order. No one is friendly at all, do not greet nor thank customers, and when taking order to customers to their table, they do not bother to ask if we need anything else or thank you.

We asked for sauce and Arely one of the managers kept telling me it was in bag I repeatedly told her it was not in bag and inloterally took everything out the damn bag and it was not she was very rude like if you own the damn sauce or if it comes out your pocket we were gonna pay for it.. I have never been to that McDonald's and trust me I won't be back. No wonder why some costumers are rude to people that work at restaurants you all give attitude ......

I ordered a spicy Mc crispy plain and dry no sauce no nothing just the chicken and the bread so then I got home checked it and they added so much sauce on my Mac crispy
