This has to be the worst Popeyes location. Every single visit there always seems to be a problem, from waiting at drive-thru for over 10mins to even be attended/acknowledged and then being told they “ran out of chicken” and it’s another 20min wait to being gaslighted that the food you ordered is spicy when CLEARLY it is not. Some serious changes need to be made in management at this location because even the manager is extremely rude and won’t even offer solutions to their mistakes in orders and quality of food.

They attended quickly but it took a while for the order to be delivered to us taking into account that there was no waiting line.

Everything was great until we left and an employee told me, “ ya se van?” I answered yes and he told me, “puede recoger su mugrero antes de que se vaya.” The only thing we left were two high chairs and the unused sauces.

They took FOREVER to give us our food. Does it take more than 20 min to make 2 sandwiches? Ridiculous! Never coming here again!!

I love the spicy chicken it's tasty and delicious and the service was great. Drive thru service is awesome and I've never had any issues with the food or the service.

I did the survey on back of my receit, and it states to complete survey within 2 days. So I got to the window and the assistant manager said she cannot honor my survey validation code because The coupon is 2 days old.
I explained to her that the coupon exactly states the survey can be done within 2 days of the purchase.
she still refused my coupon, itstheir own offer.
