The facility also exhibits signs of poor oversight, including the presence of flies, inconsistent food quality, and low employee morale. At this point, the operation resembles a business that remains open out of obligation rather than a commitment to quality. As a business owner myself, it is evident when an owner maintains a location solely for tax or real estate purposes. In such cases, they are no longer truly invested in the SONIC brand or the food service industry. I thought maybe it was just me, but this place honestly is a constant problem.

I went by drive tru and first the time to get the food was forever when itt looked empty, I got home and there was food missing called back and the person insisted she put the food in the bag, I’m not going to lie about not getting my food when I hardly go here due to it not being near my hose and tbh the service hasn’t been great the times I’ve gone, please train your employees better customer service and for next time let them know they don’t argue with the customer very unsatisfied

Went through the drive thru because all I was going to order was a drink and they never answered So I drove up to the window and the girl at the window was rude and handed the drink to me rudely as well. it wasn’t busy and there was no cars parked so it wasn’t like she was in a rush. This happened at 3 pm with the chubby lady at the window. Should have gotten her name and made a complaint to management

Says they open at 7 AM, but at 7:10 AM you will drive up and all the lights are off save the trip and go to Sonic on Jackson in McAllen

Went this morning to get a French vanilla iced coffee. Well I should have tasted it before leaving they added plain creamer and taste was horrible tasted as if creamer was no good. Lesson learned taste drinks before driving off!

Everything was great, food was warm, Not hot. Drinks had straws, the only thing is they didn't put any napkins inside the bag. But we enjoyed the food

I got here and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The girl working saw me parked out here and asked if she’d answered my call and I said no and she walked away. The car next to me pulled in after me, ordered, and got their food before I could even place an order. I let the carhop know I’d been waiting and nobody had answered. Finally the same girl answered over the speaker and I asked her if I could place an order because I’d been waiting for over 10 minutes and then she stopped responding. Finally the carhop came back out and said he would just take my order at the car and when I asked him if my speaker was broken he said he didn’t know. I wasn’t rude to anyone but for whatever reason the girl didn’t want to take my order. I asked for a manager and she said she’d talk to her. That’s such horrible customer service from a little girl that shouldn’t be working here.
after a long day of work, i just wanted some food, any food. My wife said stars but i wanted sonic. had to repeat myself so many times at the order machine and when i got home which is only like 3 min away from you all, all of my food was cold. the only thing that was good were my fries and tatertots. had cold chili on my hotdog and a cold burger with some nasty cheese. i shouldve listened to my wife and usually sonic does smack but i dont know what was up with that today.
