All the times I've been here, they're always out of stock. Out of chicken, out of flatbread, low on dressings, what do you even have?? Last time I ordered through the drive thru the meal of the day, and at the window I was charged full price!

Someone at this location is legitimately stealing from their customers, whether it's the employees or the manager or the owner I don't know, but they are stealing money.
I ordered two 12" standard turkey sandwiches, one with deluxe meat and bacon... the other with extra cheese and bacon. These sandwiches are around $11 before the extras, around $15 once added. And that's exactly what the screen reflected when I ordered it.
So tell me why they attempted to charge me $45 at the window and insisted that was just the way their system worked and there was nothing they could do. Unless taxes are $15 for two sandwiches, they are STEALING. When I told them the total was wrong, they went back and rung me up again. But this time the total came out to $38. Why $38? Because they re did my order entirely. They rung me up for two TITAN turkey sandwiches with multiple add ons and extras.
Again, when I told them I didn't order the titan turkey sandwich, they told me they no longer sold their standard turkey sandwich???? And they could only ring me up for deluxe sandwiches. They told me to either pay or leave. To top it all off they refused to give me my original ticket that had my actual order on it and showed what the price SHOULD HAVE been.
I don't even care about the extra money, but something shady is happening at this location and I've already reached out to report it.

They only gave me a very small amount of tuna. It was mostly white lettuce and onions.
Asked to speak with the manager to report poor service. The man behind the register claimed to be the manager. I found that hard to believe because he was very unprofessional. It took him over 30 minutes to make 2 foot long sandwiches. When it was time to pay he seemed to fall asleep at the register.

I received my salad without a bag all I got were my chips , a fork and napkins. When I called I asked liked if they ran out of bags or something they said that they don’t give bags for salads when in fact I’ve gotten them before and I called the local one in Pharr to ask the same question and said of course we give bags with salads but they were out they could of said something like that instead of lying to me saying they don’t give bags with salads. Apart from that the sauce I use i added extra chipotle it was just on top like a slap everything basically stayed on top with nothing in the salad & that’s because I had asked for extra sauce.

Personally, I'm not a fan of this place cuz I can just buy all that at a market and build my own for a fraction, and not only that make maybe 3 or 4 of that, but wit my wife starting a diet plan she brought me here and I always had an expression that it was all one price just add the veggies... which that wasn't the case, cuz starting at $12 only the sandwich and then adding on some little things it all came to $20+. I said what to myself cuz if I were to say it out loud my wife would feel discouraged on eating it cuz we still have to feed 3 kiddos and myself.... well cheap pizza for us. Shhhh, don't tell that to the wife. What a rip-off!

Placed an order on the Subway app. For some reason the app shows the closest store on the "Top of the list", but it sends the order to the 2nd store on the list.According to staff at the 1st store, she said it happens at least 5 - 10 times a week, forcing the customer to drive a mile up the road to the 2nd store on the list.The 2nd store needs to have better training for their employees, teaching them "HOW TO READ" would be a good 1st step.I specifically REQUESTED a "toasted bun", but proof in the pic shows a lack of toasting of the bun and the additional request for the removal of some of the bun was also ignored!

The service is always great, but the restaurant needs some updates and some good cleaning. The decorations on the window are coming off, and there are a lot of bugs there.

Incredible!!! There was no bread!!! And they still get upset because I go shopping and they don't have bread!!! It was 7pm and there was no bread!!! I had to go to several subways and none of them had bread!!! I can't believe it!!!
