Very clean bakery, but not sure if it was that we bought our breads in the evening, but they were kind of hard. The store hours are great, they are open well into the evening. But again, wasn't totally impressed with the quality of the cookies and pastries. They had trays of cookies and pastries sitting out which I feel if they would have had them covered they might have lasted longer and not been so hard to the touch. Very nice staff, just needs a little improvement on quality.

No change for a $20 , the hours of operation on Google are not true. I was there at 7:15-730 they never opened even though it says 7. She said they open when they open, I asked her if I could have some red conchas from the back o saw them and she handed me 2 and said they need to sell what's on the counter 1st mind you they were not so nice looking and I had to unstick them so it was a mess. Hopefully they can change some things up their bread is pretty good..

Absolutely the best cinnamon rolls in the valley. I've tasted others but none compare. These are moist, sweet and big.

The cake wasn't as I expected. Last year cake I got from them was wonderful. I paid 50$ for a over cooked cake 🎂 and designed was lacking. They over sweeten the frosting felt like eating a bag of sugar. I don't know if the baker changed. That's I rated a 1 star.

Lovely bakery!!Great home made tamales and salsas.Mini sweet bread available.Great for portion control. Valley Bakery also has menudo and barbacoa which come with tasty salsas.
