If i could leave 0 stars i would its ridiculous im actually taking the time to do this because its not the first time i have problems with my food at this Location. But i am doing it as well as because i think they purposely gave me rotten chicken strips i ordered a #13 and mine smelled funny and were also dried and My sons Chicken strips were as well crunchy and dried . its not the first time and other friends have gotten bad experiences here w food I honestly feel like HR should get involved just because Last week one of my friends ate at this spot and Went to the hospital from food poisoning I keep giving this location a Chance hoping they step up their game but unfortonately if i do next time im hoping they dont mess up my order because i will be taking things into matter w city health lmts.

Came here at 5 am after work tired hungry and I ordered online. When I finally sat down to eat there was a wrapper inside my burger. now I’m here 10/12/24 at8:30 pm the restrooms are filthy soda machine was not working properly.

SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICE!!!!! NOW WITH THIS TWO TIMES THE PEOPLE AT THE WINDOW ARE BEING SUPER RUDE. THE "LADY" 'MARGARITA FIGHTING OVER A KETCHUP THAT I ASKED HER AND ONLY GIVES ME 2, AT THE MOMENT OF ASKING HER FOR MORE THAN THE REGULAR ONE, SHE BOTHERED TELLING ME THAT I HAD TO ASK FOR THEM IN LA. THEY ORDERED IN A VERY DESPOT AND RUDE WAY BY CLOSING THE WINDOW AND SENDING ANOTHER PERSON TO DELIVER THEM TO ME.... WHEN THEY ALWAYS DELIVER THEMSELVES WITHOUT ASKING. I WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN.!!!!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double meat with cheese and a root beer to drink. When I received my drink, it had a disgusting metallic taste and left my tongue feeling like I had just licked a battery. After receiving my food, I went inside and explained the situation with the drink to the manager and asked if I could get a new drink. After she handed me a new cup, she went to the kitchen and started yelling at one of the employees, demanding to know if he had tampered with my drink on purpose. I thought this was strange being as how I never blamed anyone because I had assumed it was a problem with the soda machine. Against my better judgment, I still brought my order home only to find a gross white goopy mess in my burger that I might say was mayo, but it was way too thick, and I didn't ask for mayo. It's safe to say I will never be going back to this location again.
The 2 times i have gotten food there both times staff has neglected me ketchup they say its in the bag and theres nothing.

Delighted with this new branch since it is still very clean, well-kept and the service is fast. Friendly staff. The dining space is a little small but it works well. Very clean bathrooms. I think people who take children to eat should be kind enough to clean the table and chairs because they leave a mess everywhere and more people come to eat, poor people who clean, so much responsibility. It has ample parking
Whataburger is the spot for us after any game. Always hits the spot! Just this location can't handle business under pressure well. Got pretty busy, and I needed to ask 3 times for missing items. And the space for families bigger than 4 people there isn't anywhere to sit
