Ordered online at 6:37pm and confirmation said ready in 16-21 minutes. Signage said skip the wait by ordering online, but still had tp wait in long line. Got to register at 7:09pm and employee says it'll take 8-10 MORE minutes. Finally got my order at 7:27pm. Several other people were also there waiting for a long time for their order(s). Second time here and second time with issues. Will not be returning.

The wings were very dry and tough, the ranch was horrible, and the service from the person in charge was terrible, which is why this place is increasingly crowded.
Just had dinner here for T-Mobile Tuesday and they handled that crowd really well. Margie was the manager, definitely managed that crowd.
