Great customer service. The cashier was wonderful. I picked up my order that included a drink and the cup ripped from the bottom. They GM immediately offered to replaced the cup with a large cup. Loved the attitude. I believe they were having a mangers meeting and offered me to visit their plamview location unfortunately I rarely go that way or else I would of taken up on their offer. Two examples on how the management team demonstrated their eagerness to go above and beyond for their customers. Then to top it off the food was prepared fast and tasted awesome. The corns were incredible. Finger licking good

Went to eat there an employee gave free food to their friends wrote the order behind a receipt when we ordered the employee tried to hide it from us and they got their order for free but They charged other customers. Employe name Tara.
I been waiting 1:30 for my order, it was 100 wings so I understand the wait but the store is empty now, I see wings on the basket already cooked, the guy is just standing there.

Ordered online at 6:37pm and confirmation said ready in 16-21 minutes. Signage said skip the wait by ordering online, but still had tp wait in long line. Got to register at 7:09pm and employee says it'll take 8-10 MORE minutes. Finally got my order at 7:27pm. Several other people were also there waiting for a long time for their order(s). Second time here and second time with issues. Will not be returning.
