Nice little brewery. Had the Bobcat Lager. Hubby had the Swine Dive IPA. Both were good. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Food available from Industry (next door). Order at the bar. Dog friendly. Service is friendly but a little distracted - not unexpected with a couple of college kids manning the bar.

It appears Aquabrew is permanently closed. Furniture is moved things are missing. It will be missed. So much closed...

What a absolutely boring menu! The best kitchen design in San Marcos and it's being used to make the same old boring bar food!Seems like you lost your vision (Owner)What a disappoint to the culinary world! It takes skill and experience to pair food with beer! It's like, just because someone wears a white Chef coat doesn't make them a Chef or a good cook!

I finally made it to AquaBrew after totally missing it on a recent trip to Industry! As noted in a few of the reviews, the maps still take you to the original/old location but walk around the corner and you'll find it. It has an amazing seating area inside and the patio is equally as nice. Tons of space and decent selection. You can also order from Industry and have it delivered to your table (which I highly recommend).

Knowledgeable and passionate staff. Excellent beers!!! Feels like I've know these folks my whole yet I've just met them. Did I mention how great the beer is? Really anticipating my next visit. Hope to see the readers of this review there next time I go, which will be soon. Cheers!!!!

We had to plan a get together for our friends service last minute and we’re running into dead ends with all the places we called. We spoke to Lauren, the owner at Aquabrew and they were incredibly kind and generous with allowing us to use their venue for after the service. When we got there, the GM, Hannah, took such great care of us and everyone else who attended. They went above and beyond for us during a difficult time and helped take one thing off our shoulders and for that they have earned our business forever. Really good people! Great beer!

Not my favorite stop. The people were amazing, but the beer was hit and miss.

Aquabrew is a great staple of the San Marcos beer scene. Their $1 beer special is beyond amazing, especially after trying a flight of others. This would be a great place to watch the game or end a date after eating nearby. As of 9/15, getting into their parking lot is a bit tricky with all the construction along their road.

We rented out AquaBrew's fantastic brewery and beer garden for a family celebration and couldn't be more pleased that we did! The staff was great to work with, both in planning and day-of (including great recs for catering the event). We got so many compliments on the space - which was super kid friendly and also had plenty of space for keeping COVID precautions (which was important to our group). If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be going back regularly.

So Aquabrew has moved from its restaurant and brewery location next to Industry Restaurant. We stopped in to get one of my wife's favorites, the Trippel. However, it is in the tank right now and they were out. So we had the Wee Heavy 2 and now my wife thinks it is her new favorite. It is 12% and nice rich flavor. We took home a growler. And you can order food from the restaurant next door in the bar.

Stopped here on the way back from the San Marcos outlet malls. Shopping makes you thirsty! Was pleasantly surprised they offered two 99 cent beers along with a good selection of other drafts. Worth the stop!

The beer was mostly lite beers. The stout was very very mild. Not a robust stout. There were no red or good lager's. I did like the Oktoberfest beer. Dennis the taproom guy was very nice and great service. I did like some of the beers. Everyone has different taste. So go by and see what you like. The new place is 2 mins from the old place. I went to the old place and it is closed. They need more signs to direct you to the new location. They should have removed the signage from the old location. I will go back to the new location.
