I came on Wednesday, May 14th at 5:30pm and the staff was very rude, especially the girl... zero customer service and also rude. The other guy defended her without knowing what was going on and they were rude and lacking empathy!!! If you don't like serving people, then you're in the wrong job.

I like the pretzels. The only complaint I have is the bottom of the pretzel, which is a little too greasy

If you can get past the prices, you will find that the pretzels are often overly greasy/oily and undercooked. I decided to try it for the first time yesterday. Several coworkers have gotten sick from eating their pepperoni pretzels. I decided to try just a standard one. It was oily and soggy and undercooked. Very doughy and my hands were coated in oil/grease. The food was so underwhelming and not what a pretzel is supposed to be like. I will probably never eat at an Auntie Anne's ever again. The cashier was super nice though. She's gets an A for Effort.

The guy was charging didn’t have gloves on and would get the food with the same hand. One lady on her phone basically over the table her whole body gross Also the other lady sneezed and didn’t even wash her hands even more gross and still at that gave out drinks ewww

It’s a small store. Located in the middle of the carpark at the San Marcos Premium Outlets. Across the street from Pottery Barn and Johnny Rockets.Food and drinks are fine. My pick is always the cinnamon sugar mini pretzels. Service was quick and easy.

We order 2 buckets mini pretzels, both of them is taste burn!!! Never had any issues with other locations, cause we love auntie anne’s. But this location they need supervisor to come over to check them out!! I don’t think they ever really clean their things inside. We ended up waste $16.
