I came in to purchase a to-go order at Jam Burger. At 9:35 pm on 3-26-24. I was welcomed at the door by a very nice young man asking for my ID. He was then interrupted by a man sitting at the bar saying oh no no no you don't need to check her ID as if I am so unbelievably old that I don't need my ID checked. I'm only in my 30s. I then asked if the Jam burger staff were around? The man at the bar setting down again rudly cut into the conversation and told me we have no association with them as if I should just go away and stop talking to them. I then mentioned parking since I could not find anywhere to park and he was also very rude about that even tho it mentioned in the add that they offered curbside for merchants to pickup to-go orders. I felt very uncomfortable. Mind you at this time the bar was completely dead I only saw two patrons at a table. So it's not like they were to busy to speak to me. Not a good look for the bar and really bad news for people wanting to purchase food from Jam Burger. I left feeling extremely unwelcome. Everyone should be treated with respect I 100% do not feel like I was respected whatsoever. I will not be returning or recommending anyone. And it's unfortunate because all of the other staff I interacted with were kind. He completely ruined the atmosphere.

Absolutely love going there every Saturday night to sing mariachi for our great host from speakeasy karaoke (the don &dez). They know how to create a positive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy and love serenading the ladies who need a little romance

I love coming here for kareoke!The KJs are fantastic and have the right setup. They even try to optimize for every single person who comes up to sing.Lively atmosphere, good drinks, EXCELLENT pickle shots. Highly recommend.Little to no parking on site so prepare to walk a little.(At the time of this posting, kareoke is on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays starting at 9pm.)

It’s just a bar, there’s no much to it.The layout is an open rectangle with chairs and seats throughout. The drinks were what you’d expect.My biggest complaint is that the music was so loud. I had trouble hearing my friend who was right next to me.Come here if you want to get hammered.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Axis and I was blown away by how much I enjoyed it. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. The atmosphere was also top-notch. The bar was always lively and energetic, and there was a great mix of people. I felt completely welcome and comfortable, and I can't wait to go back and hang out again. Overall, I highly recommend Axis to anyone looking for a fun and affordable night out. Whether you're a student or just visiting the area, you won't be disappointed. Five stars all around!
