I'm so excited to have these guys in downtown San Marcos next to The Parlor and Eden night club. Fantastic bagel sandwiches. I had the bacon egg and cheese with the jalapeno cheese bagel and it was a delight. I plan to go through the rest of their menu.

I had the chance to try Bagel Bross today, and I was pleasantly surprised by their culinary offering. I ordered the brisket sandwich, which was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and served on a high-quality bagel. As a bonus, they were offering free cold brew today, which you can customize in different ways. A very nice touch.
The service was also excellent. I was helped by a very friendly young man who took the time to explain the menu and made the whole experience enjoyable. That kind of customer service truly stands out.
As for the location and the space to enjoy the food, I was not fully convinced. I think the overall experience could be enhanced with a more inviting setting.
Still, I would definitely come back for the food and the great service. They have a well-thought-out and well-executed culinary concept. Highly recommended.

I’ve been searching for great bagels since moving to Texas from New England years ago. By far the best bagel I’ve had everywhere from Austin to San Antonio area. They are perfectly chewy and soft. A good option for flavors. They held up great for a couple days. Some were being baked fresh when I arrived! The service was very kind and friendly. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. It is a food truck so be prepared for takeout.
