We went in to this Bill Miller's in San Marcos of 35S across from the outlet malls today around 6pm for dinner with the family. I (we)was very disappointed in this store, we usually have a good experience in our San Antonio area Bill Millers. There was one young lady behind the food to serve everyone, and then cashier. I ordered 1/2 lb of Lean Brisket in the drive through. When I opened it at home, I had to trim this much fat off, plus had one piece of charred end cut with no edible meat in it. This lid is 4 1/2 inches in diameter.

Update 2025: Finally, the rude lady is gone, curbside is gone, food is good, and the employees are much nicer.

Poor service.
Curbside is a waste of time.
They never have it ready, and you might as well wait in drive thru.
