I had a mobile order. When I pulled up to check in the girl was not pleasant or friendly( seemed like she hates her job). When I got my food the bread on the chicken minis was soggy and smashed

There was a human hair in my waffle fries.And I got the Peppermint Chip Frosted Coffee and the dome lid and the foam cup were dirty and not presentable.It was disappointing and emotionally distressing especially since it was new from the holiday menu. I do not like being taken advantage of.

I'm driving for doordash and it was raining so I went through the drive thru to get the order. They told me they can't give me the order in the drive thru, despite every other chick fil a in the area allowing drive thru pick ups. They also do not mention this rule in the pickup instructions which are there for instructionslike this, it just says to meet an associate. I had to reverse out of the drive thru unable to see my reverse canera because of the rain.
Abby with the sunglasses was so super sweet and helpful. She had such a sweet smile. I also saw Stephen open the door for several customers and that’s top notch! Love this location and the kind workers.

i’m not one to write a review like this, but my experience at this location was disappointing.. (especially since chickfila is my favorite place).. i got in line to place my order inside and stood there for nearly 10 min without anyone acknowledging or helping me. there were workers passing and making eye contact with me but not even asking if i’ve been helped. i left since others were just standing and sitting around.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions you have and help to accommodate your needs. The food always comes out quickly and tastes great. Definitely one of the best locations I've been to!
